Despite my initial frustration with the limited reports at my disposal, the customer service person was able to quickly resolve my issue and her attention is much appreciated.

Sending statement that will only allow payment on past due. Total system down asking for me to return at another time. Could not track anything.

You needed a picture of the number of holes for the hookup of an older truck. I have so much to do with the number of trucks we have that I kept forgetting to go get the picture. (I have to take care of EVERYTHING but half of receivables). Cathy would call me every once in a while to remind me. I don't believe I would have ever gotten that picture if she did not call to remind me. I really do appreciate that.

The Customer support was terrible. I had phone calls with one person after another that would just pass me off to someone else. No one was very helpful. Finally a young woman named Kristy called to see how things were going for me. I started to lay into her about how bad there customer service was. she asked me about my problems and immediately started to work with me to find solutions and explain why I was having problems. within a short time all of the issues were resolved. Kristy would call me periodically and check in with me to see how things were going. If all of there customer service people were as good as Kristy I would have very little to complain about. My only complaint now is the service is based on cellular reception and it loses service periodically. This was an issue Kristy helped me with.
