Edit: after leaving this review and sending an email to fleet up they took corrective action and contacted me right away apologizing and providing the services needed. They were very helpful and spent time explaining the services as well as doing a video tutorial walk through and even following up afterwards to make sure I was all set. Changed the 1 star review to a 5 star for the follow up thst they provided.
Original review: Was never able to schedule a demo. Sales rep was overly aggressive. Overall we never had a chance to even try out the hardware and are requesting return shipping labels go return the devices which have never been used.

well it says my equipment left the yard. I'm standing next to it been parked in my shop for a week hasn't moved. my wife car says its at the grocery store and it have been home for 4 hours she hasn't been to the store in two days. I get alerts my equipment is leaving the yard in the middle of the night wakes me up while I'm looking says it is entering the yard. I look on cameras nothing has moved. by that time sleep is no more. Right now it says my dump truck is at a corner store I just called and chewed my guys ass for being in my truck at the store at 9:30 at night and he said I stopped there on my way home 4 hours ago. look on cameras and it is in the yard I just got this stuff thinking about sending it back. had a meeting online couldn't go over everything because computer was slow and they thought my equipment was in California and it was in Texas was' supposed to get a email and call back haven't heard a word but the bill comes in on time .

A representative was able to answer all of our questions and able to get us set up and running quickly and easily. There was not much need for follow-up questions, because if everything was already taken care of, or answered prior to even receiving our equipment.

It acts up every now and then but it’s an ok eld and they call me to check every month

They've done everything they said would and in a very timely maner, had trouble with the camera coming on line and they worked diligently to get to work to no avail so within few day received new cam and works as should.

First and foremost. Thank you Julie for being patient and understanding throughout our process. Your product and service quality is excellent and amazing. This is by far the best investment for our asset tracking. We had one of our combo units, stolen yesterday and without the ability to track it. It would have been in pieces in Mexico. However, with the FleetUp system, we were able to track the unit and fully recover our assets. Thank FleetUp team and Julie thank you for what y’all do. I would recommend this to any fleet owners.
