We had used Fletcher Longstaff before when buying our first property and we'd had such a good experience with them previously, when it came to moving house again they were our first and only choice.
Yet again they proved it was no fluke. We were only a small chain but thanks to some particularly poor conveyancer and estate agent choices by the other participants it was a constant struggle to get any meaningful response out of any of them. Kerry supported us through the arduous process with a friendly air and sound professionalism. She was always an email or call away to answer our questions or hear our frustrations. She never failed to provide useful and timely information, and fought our corner in all negotiations and queries. I chose Fletcher Longstaff to act as conveyancers for the sale of my flat because I read a lot of excellent reviews here and because I wanted to deal with a small company. I liked the fact that one person would be assigned to work for me. Also I expected the electronic communication and online record would help to speed the process up.

I was very happy with the service provided by Craig Dickson who was friendly, helpful, gave great attention to detail and was almost always available when I called with questions or information.
