We have used Fletchers multiple times, the whole process from Skip delivery to Skip collection went smoothly.
Very pleased with the quality of service & reliability from Fletchers.

I have used Mr Rubble numerous times and always been brilliant with the skips. They turn up on time and are collected as well on time. Would continue to use them.

Great service and price for the skip, ordered one day, delivered the next. Just can't seem to get it collected, rang 6 days ago, was told 3-5 days, still no collection. Even emailed after 5 days, not received any response! JUST ANSWER MY EMAIL AND COLLECT THE SKIP

Delivered and collected on time, drivers polite and courteous. Clean and secure collection. Driver came early on bin day so had to move our wheelie bin to pick up the skip, but he stopped before leaving to replace it at the bottom of the drive. Very impressed.

Easy enough to place an order and skip arrived when it said it would. The problem is I paid for an extra week as I was renovating my property but they had taken the skip 5 days earlier than expected. I called up twice the day after to enquire - they said they would pass it onto a senior and get back to me. Rung up again the next and they couldn't see my notes and said it needs to go to a senior - no one got back to me. Rung up the day after and they said they would get back to me within 2hours with an update and possible replacement - no call no text no email. Ill have to figure out how to dispose of the waste that's built up but it's shocking that they've made a mistake and are not getting back to me with an apology or a solution. I will use my previous providers going forward

Absolutely diabolical. Had skip delivered on 31st May. Upon booking (on confirmation) we were of the understanding that we would keep the skip for 7 days.

We called to request early collection on Tuesday 4th June, as we had finished the job and were due to have work started on our driveway today (Tuesday 11th June).

Despite calling 3 times to request pick up - the skip is still sitting on our driveway. I have once again called to request collection - just to be told they’re busy and it *might* be collected by close of play Thursday.

This will now cost us 3 days of labour due to the fact the driveway is inaccessible.

Absolutely shocking service. Wouldn’t recommend in a million years.

Great company to deal with. Skips are always delivered quickly and collected promptly when full.

Arrived on time, the skip was a bit smaller than I expected for a midi, but then again I havent had one for a while. The best bit, the price was the best around and in some cases by quite a bit.

Will not use again. Skip was delivered promptly IN APRIL, was supposed to have it until 9th of May. Rang on 29th of April to say we were done with the skip and they could collect, was told they'd collect at earliest chance. Still hasn't been collected. Rang on 30th of May, was assured it would be collected on 1st of June and it is STILL outside. Will not use this company again.

Excellent service ,deliver on time pick up when they say ,i have used them before would defo use again and recommend them
