Can’t fault the service or the prices!

Booking system excellent but getting it picked up very poor. Have to phone and get suddenly cut off in the queue. If you leave a message as instructed no one replies. When you do get through the commitment to collect is vague and within "a couple of days" from the seven day loan period even if you ring earlier to have it collected. Shame they can't sort this out

Online order process is easy and straightforward as was taking my money at the time. Things went downhill afterwards. Skip didn’t arrive on the expected date (ordered 5th Sept for 9th Sept delivery). No sign of skip next day, so phoned up. Got a call back and skip arrived later that afternoon. Without my call it would not have been delivered as no one seemed to know what had gone wrong. I would have awarded one star apart from one lady (Steph?) who managed to sort things out.

3 attempts at getting Fletchers to pick the skip up which took over 8 days, when they did arrive there was no advance notice, as I pulled up to my house the driver was just collecting the skip, I watched as he took 2 plastic tubs which once had paint in them out on their skip where they were buried and level with the top of the skip and put them on top of a second skip I have on the drive, loaded up, netting over and drove away irrespective of me point out the empty tubs on the top of a full but level skip also awaiting collecting by another firm, the paint tubs stood out a mile as I had had to empty the original skip into a new fletchers skip as the original firm said it was too high so I know for a fact the original skip was level with the top plus 2 empty paint tubs. I won’t be using Fletchers again

Ordered a skip in August for 2 weeks. Was delivered promptly. However, trying to get the skip collected has been troublesome. I have phoned numerous times to be advised they are behind on collections. This is now the 5th week of having a full skip waiting for collection holding up other trades and access to my property. I'm sure they would be charging me if I was delaying them collecting it.

Use Fletcher's for a lot of skips and they are always reliable, punctual and helpful

Excellent service my only thing was the communication once booked as it says you will get confirmation of confirmed skip but I never did.

Drop off on time with a friendly and polite operator, will use them again.

We always use Fletchers when we need a skip which is quite often as we are renovating our house. We use the online booking system, which is easy to use and has everything you need to sort out your skip, including the license. They deliver your skip exactly when they say they’re going to and it’s always hassle free. Well done to a reputable company!

Fantastic service from order to collection. Only issue we had was getting any updates on when the skip will turn up and also had to call for updates and wait 15 minutes in the queue. Could easily sort this with a sms of ETA.

On time and friendly. I was also impressed that they recycle a very high percentage of waste.
