The customer service is the Best. I have been dealing with France at Flex Pro a couple of times and every time my problems are taking care of. I have tried other meal programs and Flex Pro never disappoints. Never over cooked or dry like others I have tried.

Never again
Never again. I received this huge box of prepared meals that had thawed out during shipping. It was so heavy that I could barely get it into the house. I never refreeze items that have been previously frozen. The first few meals that I tried were okay. Not great. Everything is all mixed together like a casserole of leftovers. Sort of like mystery meat. After a few days, some of the packages had puffed up and I was afraid to eat them.
What a waste of money.

Flex Pro has become a lifesaver for me
Flex Pro has become a lifesaver for me! I had rotator cuff surgery two years ago that caused nerve dysfunction to my right hand… I am a Registered Nurse and was not able to return to my job… Unable to do a lot of things… Meal prep was one of them! This company has been amazing to work with… Excellent customer service… Always there to help me if I needed it! I worked specifically with RJ today and he was able to walk me through an issue. I was having Online and clarified things for me… Very kind and polite and efficient… I’m so happy that a company like this exists… Not just for the convenience but for me it has been a necessity. Flexpro has been the best meal service I have used by far. Everything has been great and if I did have any issues they were quickly resolved thanks to France and the rest of the entire team.
