Absolutely delicious
I don’t know what website I was on, but an ad came up or something to try flex pro meals and I was reluctant because I’ve done factor and HelloFresh and cook unity so I clicked on it and I honestly have to tell you I am shocked at how damn good their food is! It’s healthy. It’s the proper nutrition of carbs fats proteins. Very impressed and you will be as well. I definitely recommend this.

Great service
I have been subscribing to FlexPro meals for several months. The food is tasty and very convenient. I appreciate the nutritional information (tracking macros) and the ability to pull one out of the freezer and have it ready for lunch or dinner so I don’t eat junk. I needed to change my next order and Frances in customer service quickly assisted and also applied available discounts. I appreciated her excellent service

Assisting in the early AM
Frances was able to assist me in setting up the flexpro subscription via text (it was 2hrs into my bedtime which startled me initially) as convenience. Have yet to see how the food/product will be. I have used Trifecta before (2019, pre covid). Interested in how this compares.

Great Customer Service, But Food Quality Was Disappointing
I wanted to start by saying that FlexPro Meals has excellent customer service. France, along with the rest of the customer support team, has always been friendly, responsive, and quick to answer emails. They genuinely try to help, and I appreciate that.
Unfortunately, my experience with the food has been disappointing. While a few meals were decent, many were difficult for me to eat. Several had a watery, mushy consistency that I found unappetizing. On more than one occasion, I had to stop eating because I felt nauseated and started dry heaving.
The two meals I had the worst experience with were the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and the Luxury Mac & Cheese. I simply couldn't finish them.
Everyone's taste is different, so your experience may not be the same. I can only share mine. The customer service deserves five stars, but the food quality fell well below my expectations.
