me. He made sure I saved the most
money I could and got the best value for
my dollar. He was diligent in setting up
my portal login when I had initially mad a
mistake setting up my first order. He
was also extremely polite and made me
feel welcome during the entire interaction. As an added bonus, flexpro has the best tasting meal prep around! I have no complaints with anything that I've ordered to date. Even the desserts are great!

Meals arrived completely ruined on the 1st order!
I'm completely shocked by the condition my meals arrived in. The box was open on the corners and leaking. When I opened the box, half the meals were leaking and scattered around because they weren't packed properly for shipment!! I contacted the company, and they told me that Fkexpro had to file a claim with UPS, their delivery service, and that after the claim is issued, the company might refund my purchase. This is completely unacceptable. The name of Fkexpro's service manager I spoke to was RJ, and to be honest, he did not seem very interested in my issues when I spoke to him about this problem. I only hope that the CEO, Mr. Corn, would take better care of paying customers, especially new ones, but we'll see how that goes. Greg G.

We ordered 50+ meals and the boxes came…
We ordered 50+ meals and the boxes came destroyed with meals ruptured and not cold. We had to throw them away. They resent the same order when we filed a claim and they arrived in better condition but not good. Not frozen and sketchy as to if they were edible due to temp. We gave them one more try and this order came in with meals ruptured, shipping boxes destroyed, and meals in the 70-72 degree range. Had to throw them all away. Customer service was bad and they only refunded the last order.

Terrible food quality: fillers, soggy, tasteless.
Misleading “30 day money back guarantee”, misleading pricing, misleading subscription bundles. Horrendous customer service- worst I’ve EVER encountered. Total scam and waste of money.

RJ and food are great
RJ has been great about communicating. He helped me through selection and suggested ways to make the service cheaper. We have finished our first 21 meals and are extremely impressed. Showed up on time, easy prep, VERY delicious. Highly recommend. We have used other services before but none as good and cheap as this.

I’m not very computer savvy and I was having trouble with my order. France from customer service guided me through the process and made sure I got the best possible deal. If the meals are 1/2 as good as the customer service France provided they’ll be awesome.

I had an issue regarding an item in my cart, and France assisted with it almost instantly. He was very prompt in his email replies, which I honestly did not expect due to it being the email method, instead of via phone or chat. Additionally, France assisted with another offer which he also was very prompt in guiding me throughout the process. Very pleasant experience. 🙂
