No Reminder Emails = Wasted Money
I've used FlexPro Meals for awhile, and while I enjoy most of the meals, there is no reminder before billing. This is important because the meals change - so you have to update your menu same week, otherwise you get stuck with meals that may not work for you, and also because you can only skip so many weeks of delivery at a time. Once you receive a billing email, the team is unable to help stop the shipment, even though it doesn't ship for at least 4 more days.
Also - they absolutely do reviews in exchange for incentives, because my last "account manager" who helped me with an issue said he would discount a box of meals in exchange for a review mentioning his name, sent me the link, and left me on hold until I sent a screenshot that it was complete.

Perfect for busy schedules and great service!
This meal plan is the perfect fit for my son, who works a hectic schedule as a personal trainer in SF. He loves choosing his weekly meals and enjoys them all. I used to rave about how amazing these meals were. I had a shipment come in and the bags were broke open on the meals. Sent a picture and asked for my money back on the meals and they insisted on more photos even though the photo clearly shows the ice packs broken open. It's a shame how awesome this company used to be vs now.

RJ was awesome! He was very professional and had great bedside manner conveying empathy toward my military lifestyle which can be hectic and require a lot of flexibility. He was patient in taking the time to explain all aspects of the performance pass and walked me through how to redeem my savings for the future and past purchases.
