So I just want to give a shout out to Jorge for his amazing customer service skills interacting with me. I am huge, huge , huge on customer service and I can say the service he has provided definetley has secured my business. Often us customer are seen as just another number but when someone takes the time to make you feel seen and heard they definetely deserve a shout out. Been using Flexpro since 2022
Been using Flexpro since 2022. It has helped immensely with keeping on top of my macros which assisted hugely to my weight loss journey. There is always a great rotation of various meals which all proved to be great. Customer service is also amazing, I recently receive help from France who assisted me with adjusting my order schedule and setting up a new Flex Pass (which I highly recommend). Will definitely continue with the service no questions asked.

I just ordered flex pro for the first time and so far, it’s been an amazing experience. The ordering and setup were very easy and I’m looking forward to the meals! I will say, the customer service is over the top amazing. France has been an ally through this whole process and answered every question in great detail. I hope the food is as good as the experience!
