I’m doing FlexPro’s protein box, and today I needed help from customer service because I accidentally created a second account instead of editing my food on my original account. France was extremely helpful getting the new account cancelled and switching my food selections to the original account. She even applied the discount code I had used.
Regarding the food, everything I have tried has been delicious. I prepare side dishes to go with the protein, which takes so much less time and planning. For example, I can sauté some vegetables, add the fajita beef and stuff it into a tortilla. I’m eating in less than 15 minutes. Some of the other meals I have are even faster.
My only complaint is that when doing the protein box, the choices don’t vary, but this isn’t a big deal because I can alter the side dishes to make it seem like an entirely new meal.

All the meals I tried were great and shipped smoothly, the customer service was very good but the meals just weren’t filling enough for me personally. They have options for custom meals that could be more filling if you have the same issue as me but I just wanted to test this one out.

Top Notch Customer Service!
I recently contacted FlexPro Meals about what I thought was a discrepancy with my plan discounts. RJ got back to me via email very quickly and explained how they worked, but also offered provided another discount for the confusion. I was also given details on how their FlexPass discount works. Although I was initially skeptical, it truly is a fantastic offer! RJ was provided great customer service for my order by explaining everything and ensured I was satisfied. Thank you!

Fantastic Customer Service
When I encountered a billing issue, I reached out to RJ at FlexPro. He did a great job in listening to me and educating me on the process. When I expressed my frustration with the situation, RJ went above and beyond to resolve it and ensure he did everything he could to make it right for me as a customer. The customer service is on point, personal emails from staff, mine was France, and it was quick, easily explained and exceeded my expectations.

Great experience with Starsky!
Had another great experience with customer service. I was confused on my order pricing and reached out to the Flex Pro team to help me with the breakdown of the bill. They were able to contact me same day and explain in detail everything I had concerns about. The amazing part was it wasn't just a random representative. Starsky was the previous agent who help me before and was able to assist again. Being followed up by the same representative you were working with is so amazing because they already familiar with you and your account.

Today, I received a call from a representative by the name of RJ and this gentleman’s customer service was spot on. He gave me all the answers I needed and explained thoroughly of what would proceeds the subscriptions transactions. In addition he helped give me an additional discount for being in the military. I’d give this man a raise!!
