It is an awesome company
Flexshopper is a win win. You pick out the item you want & you know how much it is going to cost you weekly. Rent to own it. Merchandise can be returned should you find yourself struggling due to unforeseen circumstances. It is so much better than purchases made with high interests credit cards. Their customer service is friendly & courteous. I feel like a valued customer. I have made multiple purchases and it has always been a positive experience.
Lease was auto canceled
Lease was canceled with little explanation. Place order on a Saturday. Completed all information requests as instructed. Information accepted. First payment installments paid. Four days later I get an email stating that the order was canceled. Contacted Customer Service. CS stated that there system canceled the order because it thought my bank was NOT a traditional banking institution. This not correct. It is a traditional bank, insured by the FDIC. My issue is that I received no communications from Flexshopper when verification was first attempted. Additionally, I was given no oppourtunity to rectify ANY information. Their automated system just cancelled the lease per CS.
Can't afford to purchase straight up,forget layaway, Flexshopper is your New true Friend.
If you can't afford to purchase an item straight up, then Flexshopper is indeed the best way to go. Weekly payment, and you get your merchandise right away. I purchased 2 sets of tires.

TV. And a Mattress. Paid all item's off within 90 day's. Best buy is one of their merchant. Can't go wrong with that.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I never received the item that was ordered. After investigation it shows the item was delivered to the wrong address. Flex shopper still fraudulent removes funds from my bank account and refuses to refund a customer service agent told me to walk around my neighborhood to find my package. No one should have to trespass to find a package delivered.

Misleading & Poor Service
I had a terrible experience with FlexShopper. After verifying my info, the app said I had a credit limit and could make a purchase. I placed an order and it even told me I could pick it up the next day. Then out of nowhere, they said the order needed to be “verified again” after already charging my card for the initial payment.
I got an email requesting my bank information and driver’s license after the order was placed and the money was taken. Then they suddenly tell me they “can’t work with my bank.” Why didn’t they figure that out before approving me for a limit and charging me?
Customer service was no help either — slow, dismissive, and frustrating. The whole process felt like a bait and switch. Be very cautious before using this app.

Their works don’t know anything and u end up paying so much interest it more then what u borrowed and they can choose when they want to take the money so my advise is to stay away

Is this a guy running it from his garage? It took a long time to apply, I had multiple issues with the website. I was finally approved but products changed. I emailed and it took days to get a response. I finally ordered something, it looked legit. They charged my debit card (and have not refunded it after cancelling the order). I checked on the order after several days and was told it was in process. I then received an email that it was cancelled because CHIRP did not verify my bank account and the automated process did not catch that. Chirp only recognizes large banking institutions not my little credit union....but they sure charged my debit card. No immediate answer to emails (3 days to get 1 of 3 answered), conflicting information from website chat and (late) email reply, and cancellation of order after 5 days with no notice (I had to solicit the information) and finally keep the money you charged to my debit card. This is not a reputable, reliable, dependable, or responsible company.

I keep trying to checkout and it keeps going back to home page and not to signature. I contacted customer service while trying to check out and they said they couldn't find it and were unable to help me. I would like someone to explain why I am having these issues and why I can't order items.

It was so easy to go through the process. My items were delivered in 3 days. No hassle. You just have to make sure read the contract and you pay in 90 days unless you want to pay way more.

Mixed feelings
I have mixed feelings about Flexshopper. The availability and diversity of items and the ease of ordering was fantastic. Unfortunately, the item I received was inoperable and I was forced to return it. Customer support at flex shopper were very quick and polite to remedy the situation to expedite the return of the item back to Best Buy.
They canceled all upcoming payments and gave me a full refund of the down payment as soon as the item was received at the Best Buy warehouse. The people at customer support were very, very polite and very very helpful. The problem I had came afterwards. I was trying to re-order another item and the system kept telling me that I no longer qualify. I called customer support numerous times and they informed me that it’s just a glitch in the system and that it would clear up. When the same thing kept happening for a couple of weeks, a very nice representative at customer support said she was going to review the account. I was then informed that I am no longer eligible for purchases at this time. The only thing that changed in my situation is that I returned an inoperable refurbished laptop. I can’t understand how that would make me ineligible for any future purposes. Apart from that, the people at the Company are very polite and very eager to help.
