Flick Transfer Avis 

Totally unprofessional service and company. I paid the amount quoted in good faith that everything was organised and arranged, the amount was expensive to begin with but I paid thinking it’s a job done and my transfers to and from the airport are sorted. A day before my return I receive a call on holiday to demand I pay an extra £10 as it was ‘omitted by mistake’. What nonsense, if an amount was not added then that’s not my issue that’s the companies fault and an error they need to fix. You don’t spoil your clients holiday and demand they pay cash to the driver who will collect on return or there won’t be a return taxi sorted. As I was travelling with children and they would be tried after a return flight, I had to agree. But I will never use this company again. Utterly unprofessional - they don’t even deserve 1 star - avoid them!

I booked a transfer through Airports Taxi Transfer from Gatwick airport. The company phoned me twice before I could get through Customs demanding that I pay an extra £10 to the driver - first telling me it was due to a 'glitch' on the website, and then telling me it was for airport charges. As it was almost midnight and I needed to get home (an hour away), I agreed to pay the money but I wasn't happy. I then had to wait 10 mins for the driver who told me he'd gone to the wrong terminal. He asked me for the money and told me it was for parking. I know parking is £7, not £10, and I also know that I shouldn't have to pay airport parking when I've pre-paid for an airport pick-up. The car wasn't in good condition and the driving was erratic. I would book through Airports Taxi Transfers again as the process was efficient, but the service from Flick Transfer was really bad. I've complained to them the following day but they haven't come back to me.
