Just returned from our Indian holiday - golden triangle & Goa - couldn't fault, all hotels, guide's & drivers excellent.
Wonderful holiday and one to remember do to Flights&Packages !

Just completed a tour of The Golden Triangle and Kerala organised by Flights and Packages. The itinerary and organisation were superb and a highlight was being in Jaipur for the Holi Colour Festival which was suggested by our agent Anika. This was an experience we will never forget so thank you Anika. We had a couple of hitches with our cars which were not large enough to comfortably accommodate four passengers on long journeys but these were sorted immediately and we were given transport which was extremely comfortable. Our drivers, Sanjay in the Golden Triangle and Pradeep in Kerala, went above and beyond expectations with their pleasant demeanour, excellent driving, knowledge of the region and their assistance with any medical issues. They were key to our total enjoyment of the trip. Laddington and Lalichan, our drivers to Cochin Airport from Marari, were also excellent. Our accommodation was very good with all hotels being as listed on final itinerary and each stop was different and appropriate for the region we were staying at. Kerala is beautiful and the people there very special. The houseboat in Aleppi was memorable and a wonderful experience with the Captain and two crew all being friendly and attentive. Our final hotel, the Flamingo at Marari, was exceptional with excellent food and all the staff going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We would recommend these tours by Flights and Packages to anyone.

Great holiday and very well planned. The first hotel Casino was not in a good area it was very industrial. But the food was fantastic and was winning awards.
Our driver Radha was the best! He couldn't have done any more for us. Always waiting when we arrived anywhere waving to us, we didn't ever have to wait for him, a good safe driver too.Our Munnar hotel was in the middle of a tea plantation with lovely scenery. Our home stay in Pepper County was amazing and the owner was always there to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.He gave us a tour of his gardens. The meals were very good. (If your are reading this I hope your wife is feeling better)
Our night on the houseboat in Poovar was great. Only us 2 on the boat with 2 staff. Once again very enjoyable.
We did cookery in a local house and saw some unusual fishing techniques. I could go on!
The whole holiday was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone.

We have just returned from a trip with this cmpany to Malaysia Bali and Singapore. All I can say is if you are thinking of booking this then please do. Everything was super well organised. Good flight times, all the transfers were perfectly organised on time and efficient. Good hotels in good locations. We are experienced travellers and dont mind any accomodation as long as it is clean and tidy. These hotels were very good with big rooms and good basic breakfasts. Locations were all near town, city or right nect to metro and links.
My only criticism would be that 5 days in Bali is too much if you dont like shopping, drinking and bars. The sites in Bali are OK but its not a must see destination. However Malaysia and Singapore have so much to see we needed more time. Excellent value for money. Just be aware that Bali needs several visas, applications etc and Singapore and Malaysia both require electronic landing cards. Also you need to purchase a sim for abroad as most of the tranfers etc need to contact you via whatsapp. The 2 included tours were also absolutely fantastic

Great service for the price.Just had a cheap break to Budapest, Bratislava & Vienna for the week & had a great time.Flights & Packages were great.My only criticism would be if they could have provided more information on the ticket format and when we should receive them but they turned up no problem.

We have just come back from a great trip to Kerala, we had good correspondence right from day one with Ankita Tomar , who helped us with any inquiries we had. The price of the trip was cheaper than we would normally pay, so went with an open mind, but the value was amazing, so much was included, the hotels were lovely. Our driver/ guide Renjith was very attentive, on time and informative, he was a great person to travel around with. We would definitely use the company again and recommend to others.

A short break ,firstly in Seville ,then an enjoyable train journey to Madrid.The hotel in Seville was next to the football stadium and some way out of the central part of town ,and the accomadation was OK.In contrast the hotel in Madrid was very centrally located and everything was to a very high standard.All went very smootly and would not hesitate to recommend.

Just returned from a holiday to Kuala Lumpur Bali and Singapore which I booked through Flights and Packages. Although the package was fairly intense I couldn't be more delighted with the content and quality. The hotels were really good, especially Bali which was fantastic. All of the transfers included were very communicative and turned up on time. The two excursions included where also great. I couldn't have put this package together cheaper or better myself. Great value for money. As for the service I received from Sofia, she couldn't have been more helpful and answered all of my many queries without hesitation. Wholeheartedly recommend this company.

We enjoyed a 16 night tour of southern India with flights and packages.Our driver Krishnakumar KL32L8516 was excellent all though,he was polite,knowledgeable and funny throughout and was always on time picking us up.
We stayed in some very nice hotels and saw some amazing places
We had one slight hiccup with one hotel booking but but was quickly resolved by flights and packages staff.All in all a very enjoyable trip

We had a very enjoyable holiday in Kerala, driven around by our excellent driver Roy, we stayed in some very good hotels and saw some wonderful sights - including a family of wild elephants! However there were a few problems with hotels as two of them were not as 'confirmed' in our voucher. There appears to have been some sort of mix up between Flights and Packages and their agent in Kerala. The first hotel stay should have been the Eighth Bastion in Fort Kochi, but we were surprised to be taken to the Casino. It was a very good hotel but located in the middle of a semi derelict docks area, not in Fort Kochi, and hence a little disappointing in terms of environment. There were a couple of other issues with accommodation but overall a very good holiday.

We've just come back from the "Tour of North India / the Golden Triangle" and wondering if it was all a dream!
Ryan dealt with the admin, in the UK, and Shuhul guided us, while we were in India.
We would recommend them, highly, to anyone.

This trip was amazing. Well organized , friendly driver. Lovely Hotels, wonderful experiences along the way. To top it off the weather is perfect this time of year .

Just returned from a fantastic holiday to Bangkok, Cambodia and Vietnam organised for us by Nick who was very helpful . All staff at this company were helpful and returned calls or emails quickly including Pam & Sushil. The holiday was very well planned all hotels were of a good standard and good locations . All transfers were waiting for us and transport supplied was comfortable. We were contacted by WhatsApp to confirm the schedule and in Cambodia @ Vietnam we had personal guides who went out of their way to provide tours that were personalised to our needs. We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future .

Wonderful week in Kerala chauffered by Mr Prince in an aircon Toyota. Nice variety of accommodation - some long drives but aĺl very interesting so went quickly. The day and night on the backwaters in a houseboat was especially delightful. Kerala's lovely, would recommend without hesitation.

Just nearing the end of a fantastic guided tour of Kerela. Our Guide Sinju was excellent. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He was always immaculately turned out and his car clean and spotless each day. He drove an incredible amount of miles during the tour but was always very skillful in driving and we felt safe at all times.We enjoyed our time with him and if ever again we got to return to Kerela, I would want Sinju as our guide. Highly recommend the services of this young man!

Just returned two days ago from the South India tour with Flights and packages. Excellent customer service from Sofia, our agent who booked the holiday and assisted with all queries and requirements. Everything was well organised and went smoothly from beginning to end. The tour was fantastic, lots to see and do. All the hotels were of high standard. Our driver Prince was outstanding, great company and invaluable source of local knowledge, we really enjoyed the time spent with him (and his lunch stop recommendations).

Had a fantastic trip to India doing the Golden Triangle for 6 days then Kerala tour for 10 days. I can't praise Flights and packages enough for what they arranged. A great company to deal with and arranged an incredible experience for us! Hotels, drivers, food and tours all exceptional!

We have just returned from a holiday to the South of India booked through Flights and Packages. I initially saw the holiday advertised on Travel Zoo and it seemed to good to be true. The itinerary included so many different experiences and covered many locations.
With the flights and accommodation included, together with breakfasts and evening meals, the cost seemed very reasonable and as a result we didn’t have particularly high expectations. It was within our budget and has been a country I have wanted to visit since my youth. (Several hundred years ago)
We dealt with Pam at Flights and Packages and the entire booking procedure was seamless. Pam regularly kept us up to date with everything we needed to know and nothing was too much trouble.
The holiday itself was AMAZING and exceeded all expectations We were collected by our driver Kannan who drove us for the entire 2 weeks. His driving skills were exemplary. (There are not too many rules and regulations when it comes to the Highway Code in India but we both felt very confident in Kannan’s capabilities). Additionally he was very knowledgeable about the sights and venues we visited without being too intrusive.
The accommodation and food were fabulous. (The only part we didn’t particularly enjoy was the Kerala Backwaters boat stay but I’m sure some people would).
India is such an amazing country with wonderful people, sights and food. If you are thinking about doing this tour, don’t hesitate!
I would highly recommend Flights and Packages and we will definitely be booking future holidays through this company.

Sinju our driver made our holiday stress free for the travel element. Arrived on time every day with a smile and a clean car. Pointed out things along the route making the journey interesting. Amongst the chaos on the roads in India we always felt safe in his car. He was a good driver.

We are on the final day of the Southern India tour, and what an amazing experience it has been. The package gave us a huge variety of different experiences from temples and palaces to wonderful wildlife and beautiful beaches.
The standard of hotels along the way has been great with a fantastic selection and variety of foods to try.
Outstanding customer service has been the norm and I must give a mention to our driver Sreejit who was not only superb as a driver, but was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable.
