We had three nights in Sorrento, overnight sleeper from Naples to Siracusa in Sicily and three nights there in the old town of Ortigia. We dealt with Anika who was excellent at helping us to plan the trip, making several adjustments until we had just what we wanted in respect of dates times etc. All the connections and bookings worked perfectly and both accommodations were very good indeed. The sleeper compartment was not the one we booked but that was down to Trenitalia not Flights and Packages. Very good service from this company and the overall package was good value for money.
We would use the company again.

Having booked 3x trips with Flights and packages now I can fully recommend. Khuram in particular is very helpful. Their deals are always very competitive and they've been supportive and flexible for my needs and challenges.

Well organised trip by Flights and Packages to 3 Greek Islands. Flights and all transfers by taxi and ferry went smoothly with no problems.
Start of season in May in Greece so hotels only just opened to tourists. Mykonos Hotel Essence was quiet, beautiful room and view and excellent helpful staff and great breakfasts. No tea/coffee provided in room.
Santorini Hotel Orizontes also very quiet and had a spectacular pool area with wonderful views of Caldera. Friendly staff but a few niggles here - limited breakfast choices and no tea/coffee provided in room. Room smelt musty as well.
Final hotel in Crete Bella Beach. Room was spacious but a little dated. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
All Inclusive had great food choices in the main restaurant. A la Carte option with waiter service free for one night but not really any better food and no choices.
Good entertainment each night, great beach area, lots of bars and places to eat on site and a kids club plus other daytime activities organised too.
A great trip with lots to see but weather was variable - windy and rather cold in Mykonos to 34 degrees of sunshine in Crete!

We had a lovely 6 night 3 city break, taking in Budapest, Bratislava and Vienna. The whole trip was very well organised and ran like clockwork.
We dealt with Abi, who was very professional and really friendly. She moved the flights around so they were more convenient, and booked 3 very nice hotels for us. All in all a brilliant short holiday. 👏

We've recently returned from a 4 night stay in Sorrento organised by Ankita after seeing the advert on Travelzoo. Initially the proposed date & flight times were not suitable however Ankita amended the holiday to our specifications and we ended up with a very good deal which included our room with breakfast, flights and transfers from Naples airport. Ankita was there every step of the way and emailed me a few weeks prior to our trip to ensure that we'd received all the relevant paperwork. The only downside to the trip was the room we were assigned - the hotel staff told us that the air conditioning "had not yet been turned on", however another couple who booked the same trip as us had no issue with theirs. However this is not a relfection on flights and packages themselves, and I'm sure if we'd have contacted Ankita she would have endeavoured to move us to a different room. All in all I would use Flights and Packages again.

We booked a two week tour of Cambodia and Vietnam and the organisation and planning was superb. Each day we received an update of what was going to happen the following day and where and when we had to meet. We had contact numbers throughout the trip and whenever we were unsure or needed assistance the contact replied very quickly and with accurate information. All the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly very punctual. We managed to tick off all the sights we wanted to see and some extra ones and can only doff our caps in homage to Flights and Packages for their incredible organisation. Yes we encountered the odd obstacle but it was rectified immediately and double checked we were happy with the arrangements. We travelled as a couple throughout, never part of a group, but never felt abandoned. It gave us some degree of flexibility to cut some days short when the weather was too hot and we extended some other days when we were still energised. Top marks to Ankita at F&P for organising and delivering a great trip.

Sofia was a great help booking this trip. Always responded to emails and sorted out any problems quickly. The holiday was wonderful, better than we had hoped for.

This was the first time i had used Flightsandpackages and i must admit I was a little nervous. I spoke to Rose who was brilliant in understanding our requirements and requests. The whole 3 centre trip to Thailand went better than expected, everything worked like clockwork if not better, flights, hotels and private transfers all perfect. Will definitely going back to Rose in the future to plan our next far east trip, thank you!

We booked and travelled our holiday via them, having come across one of their offers on travelzoo. Our trip was Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam and I have to say that the holiday was fantastic but very hectic, as the itinerary was packed with trips and tours. All but one of the pick ups went smoothly, one of the coach trips took longer than expected, so missed our hotel transfer but this was minor. The tour guides were great and very knowledgeable. The hotels were on the whole good, although the one used in Bangkok was a bit dated.
All in all we would be happy to book and travel with them again.
One other thing, the price advertised on travelzoo wasn't what was charged, the price increased within a day of us enquiring about the holiday.

Our Southern India tour was wonderful. There were so many different experiences we had from staying in the jungle to a backwater houseboat stay and a gorgeous beach stay.
The many monuments and places of cultural interest were fascinating and we really felt immersed in the Indian culture and especially the amazing food.
We must praise our fantastic driver Kannan who was always on time, very courteous. He was very knowledgeable and did additional stops so we could try a variety of unusual foods he recommended . He made our trip and we would thoroughly recommend him .

Really great tour and staff. From the beginning booking with Myra to Prince who was our guide. From the moment we met Prince at the airport he was patient while we sorted our sims. He always helped with luggage, helping us on and off boats and walking uneven paths. The tour was great so much to see and Prince told us various bits of information along the way and answered all our questions. Very enjoyable holiday. The schedule was perfect and always went according to plan. Very good value and hope to book again.

Our trip was amazing - very varied programme, including cultural and wildlife highlights. Arun, our driver, was very good, nothing was too much trouble. The hotels were all lovely with amazing food. Overall great value for money and a brilliant way to see Southern India with no hassle at all.

We had a great time in Porto and Lisbon. I think it was good to do the trip with Porto first, as opposed to Lisbon first, as the package is advertised. The hotels are a little bit out of town but I’m guessing this is reflected in the price. I would expect hotels nearer the centres to be more expensive.

I found the whole experience, a most interesting journey with very knowledgable guides, and a driver that was most considerate.
Travelling by car from Delhi to Agra, Jaipur and Goa, having a relaxing time for a few days before flying to Mumbia airport then transfering for our flight to London.
All plans ans timings went according to plan, amazing.

A very comprehensive and good value trip to Kerala and the Golden Triangle of India.

This was our first trip with Flightandpackages.com, a company we’d never heard of and which I researched prior to booking. We’d never been to India and had always fancied Kerala in the south as a destination but you can’t go that far without going to the Indian Golden Triangle and taking in the sights of Agra and Jaipur. The base price was very competitive and we chose to pay more by flying with Virgin. We then added the five day bolt on from Delhi. We could have upgraded twice in terms of accommodation but we chose to stick to the basic accommodation which we thought was more than adequate.

We flew into Bengalaru before flying down to Kochi where we were met by our driver in an air conditioned car who would stay with us for the next few days. This took a lot of strain out of trying to organise ourselves and the service provided was exemplary.

We journeyed down to Munar, where our accommodation was on a tea plantation, moved on to Thekeddy and Alleppey where we had an overnight houseboat with captain and cook to ourselves. We ended up at Poovar and a resort hotel on the beach. The trip was half board, most entry fees were included and the service provided and standard of hotels were very good. We ended up being driven to Trivandrum from where we flew to Delhi and the second part of our trip.

Again, we were picked up by a driver waiting for us and we spent the next few days with visits to Agra, Jaipur and Delhi itself. Our drivers overall were excellent and for a number of those days we had guides in addition to the drivers who took us around all the key sightseeing points.
I’ve nothing but praise for the arrangements made on our behalf by the company. I must say that the agent that I used, Myra, was superb and always provided useful answers to my several questions.
I would certainly use this company again. In my view the trip was excellent value. The accommodation and arrangements made throughout were superb and I have no complaints whatsoever. I would use them again.

Just returned from a tour of kerela and had a brilliant time! We upgraded our hotel package and all hotels were very nice. Our personal driver Mr Roy was an excellent guide and went out of his way to be helpful. Sofia in the office was also helpful with our booking and also helping with a query whilst we were away.

Our flight to Delhi was good, our driver Hawa was there to meet us when we got to Delhi.
The itinerary was not clear and it said in one place that we were staying in Delhi when we got there and in another place that we were going to Jaipur. We did have a 5 hour journey to Jaipur when we got there.
Hawa was brilliant, he took us to the hotel and helped us very much. He stopped when we needed a drink and was more than happy to take us where we needed to go and help us in any way.
We ate in the hotel the first night and the food was brilliant. The hotels were all very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We went sightseeing and were taken to the best places to see the famous buildings and we had guides in Jaipur to take us to the amber fort, in Agra to take us to the taj Mahal and to the crafts workshop where they made the marble products. The guides were very knowledgeable and explained the history and showed us the beautiful places. The guide in Delhi took us through the spice market, to the lotus temple and to the rickshaw ride which was an amazing experience.
The hotel in Goa was very good, we had our yoga / relaxation session and had a foot massage. We had a free trip because we had been put on different flights when we went from Delhi to Goa. We went to a church, the archeological museum and to a fort. It was very hot.
We went to the seaside there which was lovely.

I booked this holiday in October last year . I had to change the dates due to unforeseen circumstances . A big thank to Myra for her assistance and patience.
My friend and I had a marvellous holiday . The service we received from the driver Howa who was excellent.
We visited Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Goa The highlight of the trip was the Taj Mahal. It was magnificent .
The whole experience was amazing . All the hotels were very good and the service was excellent . We were well looked after by the driver , tour guides and hotel staff .
Thank you to the team in Delhi who were helpful with our travel and sorted out a few issues while we were there . I would definitely travel with Flights and Packages again .
