Very disappointing experience with this company and I would not use them again. We booked a week in Sorrento and Sicily with an overnight train midweek which was to be the highlight of our holiday, and we paid for a private cabin. A few weeks before the holiday, Ryan rang up to say the train wasn't in operation and we would have to fly between Sorrento and Sicily. He was not at all apologetic, but stressed that we would not have to pay anything (the minimum service I expected.) In fact, we did end up having to pay for the hold luggage for the flight to Sicily, which was completely at odds with what had been stated to us in writing. To add insult to injury, once in Sicily we met people in our hotel who had travelled on the very train which had supposedly been cancelled! Needless to say, there are no contact details for complaints, and my email asking for such has been ignored.

Well organised River Cruise. Attentive service from Myra at Flights and Packages. Everything well communicated. Cabin upgrade was absolutely brilliant and much appreciated.

We booked the short break (exteded to 5 nights) to Ischia.
Very impressed with Flightsand packages. Although I did a little bit of chasing to fetch all the relevant details- the transfers from Naples Airport to our hotel in Ischia (and back) all went through seamlessly.
Yes, I would recommend this travel company and (although I usually book independently), I would use them again. Thanks for a great holiday break 😊.

The process of booking for a group of us was all aided by Sofia. The hotel was as good as we thought it was going to be with very friendly staff. The whole experiance was very good. So thank you flights and packages. We certainly contact you with our next holiday plan.

We booked a Danube River cruise with Croisi Europe. The ship was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The crew were excellent and the French cuisine outstanding. The only negative points was the poor wifi and our ability to confirm the allowed boarding time. Could not get through on the given number. They have our phone and email details so a message should be easy.

We have just returned from a 4 night trip to Lisbon and Porto. Ankita’s help in booking this was great. It was my first time using a travel agent so I was a bit nervous but all went smoothly, the hotels were well located and the train journey easy to navigate.

The advisor Ankita on the chatline at Flights and Packages.com was superb. I had never booked a package holiday online previously and was very skeptical if the required transfers from airport to ferrry to hotel would arrive. I can honestly say the logistics of getting us to the hotel and back home was seamless. We had 2 excursions included within the package and again, the transfers were timely with no issues. The Hotel and food were yet again, perfect. I will certainly be using flightsandpackage.com in the future.

Great experience, Sofia was very helpful and informative about our trip to Italy, we received our travel documents promptly after booking.
The hotel was good and fit for purpose, well positioned near the beach and well maintained, we enjoyed the short break and I would recommend staying there.

My only criticism would be that the hotel could do with more local information and literature in the lobby area to inform guests of local events and travel.

Kerry went above and beyond to find the best flights to suit our needs. He took the time and care to understand what we were looking for, and his efforts made the whole process smooth and stress-free .

We are returning again to flights and packages for the third time! We speak to Kerry Davies who really does give an excellent service- he knows what we like and can tailor our holiday packages to our needs. Always most helpful and always on the end of the phone to answer any queries and guides us through any issues we might encounter. Kerry is so helpful and polite and I have to say patient whenever we speak to him! Excellent communication skills!

I have used this company a number of times for cruise package holidays which have usually been trouble free and worked well. However, your lasting perception of a company is your most recent dealings and this was disappointing. Now having read some reviews on Trustpilot I see there is a common thread when refunds are due, and this company becomes untrustworthy.
We booked more than 6 months in advance for our Nov 24 holiday and all information provided to us and subsequent updates had us returning from Cape Town to Gatwick. F&P did not issue final documents until 4 days before departure and these now had us returning to Heathrow. Because of the original flight times I booked a hotel at Gatwick at a non refundable advance rate. I informed Dave who we dealt with, he apologised and confirmed he would arrange a transfer. The day before we flew back he emailed to say he hadn’t managed to pre-book a transfer and to get a taxi and get a receipt for the cost. I sent F&P the receipt with accompanying email expecting my credit card to be refunded, nothing was forthcoming, I chased Dave by email and he apologised again and would chase it up. Nothing happened another month went by I chased again this time he said he couldn’t find our bank details, I sent them so a bank transfer could be done. Nothing happened another month went by and I chased again this time been told payment had been approved by management so he was unsure why it had not gone ahead. Another month went by and nothing, I emailed again and now Dave has stopped responding and yet another month goes by.
I have lost faith in this company despite a number of emailed promises they have failed to keep their promises. I have never done a negative review before but having seen others have had similar experiences with F&P where refund payments are involved so I do this as a warning and to be aware if you do have issues.

Anika helped us organise our holiday with airport parking and an overnight stay in an airport hotel, flights, ferries, transfers and 5 nights in a lovely hotel on the island of ischia. Everything went to plan, good communication and a very satisfied customer. Thank you!

We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Ankita. She spent time with us to get just the right package and was so patient with us .
We had 3 days in Santorini and then 4 in Crete. Both hotels were great and suited our needs. The flights, taxis and ferry transfers booked by Ankita ran like clockwork . Perfect stress free holiday .

The break we booked was a sheer delight, Pam made all options available, was so helpful with the booking.
Hotels were perfect for our need so was transfers, flights times as well.

The package was great - such a brilliant combination of places and the train/ferry experience to Sicily was a really memorable experience. The hotel in Syracuse was very basic but clean and friendly. The communication about which transfers were and were not included was very confusing. However still great value
