We booked a trip to Italy and had excellent service from Ankita . Due to personal reasons I had to return early from Venice but my husband carried onto to Florence and Rome. The hotels in Mestre and Rome were particularly good and staff excellent. Would book again through Flights and Packages.

We had a wonderful time in Porto and on the Douro River cruise. The package was put together by Flights and Packages. Rose gave us very personal service.

We enjoyed a lovely central hotel in Vienna, got the train from the airport without difficulty. A day to explore the city then boarded the river cruise the next evening. Impressed with the cabin, small but nice with loads of storage space. Food was excellent. Most guests were French, only 18 English people on board so that we met them all and especially enjoyed the same company on our dink g table. Excursions were good with knowledgeable guides. A lovely trip overall.

All very straightforward, khouram was very helpfull and patient, even when I forgot to pay the balance. Douro cruise was amazing. Food was absolutky fantastic as we're the staff. Advice to transfer by taxi was probably a big saving abd I would choose to do this again. Brilliant holiday, praise to the staff of Amalia Rodriguez 👏👏👏 and of course khouram

The hotel in Porto was much better than I expected and Ryan swiftly clarified any queries that I had. The ship was clean and well run.

Booked a river cruise on the Douro from Porto through Flights and Packages which we saw advertised online. We were a little concerned as had not heard of this company before but everything went smoothly from booking to the holiday itself. We stayed a night before and after the cruise in a hotel in Porto which was very nice and the cruise was with Croisi Europe. Everything was great on the cruise from the staff to the accommodation and food . We could not fault anything. Thank you Ryan for your help.

The planning and communications was excellent and all aspects of the river cruise holiday went well. My agent Ryan was always quick to respond to anny queries. The only reason I didn't give the service 5 stars was the company were too pushy in getting as much money upfront they initially tried to get over 50% many months before we were due to travel.

We went on a hotel stay in Vienna and then a river cruise to Budapest. Everything went well and we had a great time. Ryan helped us when booking the holiday and explained about the bits we would have to do ourselves like transfers and upgrading our luggage allowance on the flights, but if you are prepared for this it is not a problem.

We booked our Douro river cruise with Ankita, the process was straightforward. Ankita rang us a few days before the holiday to see if we had any questions. I would recommend flights and packages, we have already booked another holiday with them.

This company does not want to take charge of the whole of the holiday 'package'. They will book a flight, hotel or a cruise, but when it comes to things like transfers or excursions they tell you to arrange them yourselves,
Even the flights & hotels go wrong. We checked in with Turkish Airlines & were told that we didn't have a hold baggage allowance & had to pay about £90 to take our cases.
On arrival at the Istanbul hotel, we presented our hotel voucher & after much head scratching, were told that there was no booking. We managed to phone F&P with costly calls & eventually got a room, but had to pay the hotel 100 Eu in cash until it was sorted out.
F&P did pay for our baggage & phone calls, a month after our return.

The trip was excellent. The hotel in Porto was exceptionally good, the boat also very good, the on board crew were extremely good from cleaning to waiting team

Bought Prague river cruise thru an advert in the Mail on Sunday offering flights, a nights b&b in Prague and a 6 day river cruise. Booking, payment and tickets etc! was easy and straight forward. The cruise company Crosieurope however cancelled one days sailing and what appeared to be a visit to Dresden was by coach only, needed to read the itinerary properly. On the plus side the food on board was excellent and the staff wonderful. A bonus was all inclusive drinks although the choice was a bit limited. None of this was the agents fault and I would use flightsandpackages.com again.

The Douro River cruise was excellent from start to finish. The Staff were lovely and the food too. Went on some good trips especially Salamanca and enjoyed seeing the locks. The 3 nights in Porto beforehand were a good start to the trip for sightseeing. Pam was amazing for sorting everything out and the phone call before the trip asking if everything was ok and if we needed more help or information about the holiday. I thought that was a nice touch! Would definitely book again with this company

Company answered questions about our river cruise promptly although we arranged our transfers ourselves. Cruise was excellent and excursions arranged through the co. French was first language but English spoken well, other brits on boat and cruise was very chilling and good. Hotel booked at beginning of trip by co. and nice hotel.

Just back from an amazing 14 night package holiday to KL, Bali and Singapore. The whole package inc all flights/ internal flights and transfers and hotels done with Flights and Packages. Everything was smooth and all the hotels choice were brilliant. Special thank you to Ankita for always dealing with every query we had.and giving us the flexibility of choosing our hotel in Bali. She was amazing and we really appreciate her understanding and help with our entire booking.

The Douro river cruise is boring, pretty countryside but little else. Lots of locks. up up up then down down down. Towns and villages where we stopped had nothing of interest. The only escape was via the very expensive excursions. The lack of transfers in Porto added to the overall cost. Ship and staff where great. Package not recommended.

I have now booked two holidays with flights and packages and really enjoyed both! Excellent value for money and totally lived up to my expectations. Loved the Douro trip that unusually for me, I didn’t want to come home. Thank you Pam for organising this trip for us

This whole package was set up by Ryan from Flights & Packages who communicated every aspect of the holiday from Flights, luggage allowance, overnight hotel in Vienna followed by cruise details from Vienna, Bratislava and Budeapest
The ship was beautifully turned out from the cabins, to the Dining room to the lounge
/ bar area. The crew worked very hard to make this holiday very special.
The food was ‘out of this world.
We are now looking to book another trip via Ryan at Flights and Packages for 2026

We were a little apprehensive about booking with a new company because it was a very competitive price and we thought there must be a catch thankfully there wasn’t and we will have the confidence to book with you again. Just giving you some feedback for our stay on Elbe Princess in our opinion the accommodation std cabin had limited space but was very good the beds were very comfortable and it had a great shower the window was bigger than we expected. The boat is spotless nice lounge and restaurant and the food excellent as are the staff. We thought the cruise itinerary could be improved as we only cruised three of the six days and those that took the option to Dresden only spent two days cruising because they travelled back from Dresden to Prague on the coach.
