Scam! Scam! Careful! Careful! Awful experience with this company. I booked the flights for 3 persons and 3 hours later they called me that flight is not confirmed as there is no seat while i called the Airline and they said there are plenty of seats available. They canceled the booking because prices went up and they are not providing what announced and offered. They offer cheap price once you booked, they call you back, cancel the booking and offer you option with triple price. Customer service is Zero.First he thought i am Pakistani so 20 time he said F**ck you Pakistani. When i said i am not Pakistani he started F**ck Bangladesh people. He is threatening me that i have your address and family members name. I had thousands trip but never had such bad experience when booking ticket. It is a scam. Be careful.

BUYER BEWARE! Be careful when booking. My co workers and I booked flights to a conference with Flights Nest. All 3 of us had our credit card information compromised. I was notified by my credit card company and had to cancel my card. Purchases of over $1,500 were put on my card without my authorization. After contacting Flights Nest I was told it wasn’t their fault. Which seems strange as all 3 of us had our cards compromised. I wrote a review here on Trust Pilot about my experience and was instantly contacted and asked to take my review down or they would cancel the flight I booked with them. I felt harassed. I responded that I would like a refund. They said if I took down my review I would get my refund. I still have not received it.

Negative feedback can shine light on blind spots and be a wake-up call for you and your team. Great Savings and Experience
Mark reassured me that the process of receiving the quoted rate and tickets would take a day to process. I received the tickets just as quoted the next day and was extremely happy. I saved $1730 on the purchase of round trip tickets for 5 people and paid only $2700 for the best times and flights. Will definitely be using this service again. I highly recommend their service. I was a little hesitant at first…
I was a little hesitant purchasing tickets from a website I'd never used or heard of before, with all the scams out there these days, you can never be too careful. I trusted the high rating it received from TrustPilot and went ahead with my purchase. A representative called me within half a business day to discuss my purchase and confirm it, and called again a few hours later to confirm my receipt of my confirmation and e-tickets.
They saved me quite a bit of money from all the other sites I had searched on, and I got the airline and flight times I was wanting from the beginning.
I'd definitely recommend them to others looking for a better deal on airline tickets, as they are essentially a "travel agent". In the future, I'll be checking here for my airline tickets for sure.

It is not a book on the Website style service. You’re given one price online and then they call you with other options. I was definitely disappointing but Jenny Smith was very helpful and able to book other flights still saying me a few hundred dollars!

Not happy customer
I am not happy with the overall process at which I used. I made flight reservations on the website for six people but I was shortly advised afterwards that the prices went up by approx $150 per person. Jenny Smith was very polite and explained everything to me and she was very helpful. But raising the price from my initial website was not good practice.
