At my age 72, didn't expect much... lost 14 lbs. in 4 weeks, to each there own. I use this product @lunch /w 1 cup of milk (Fair life)120 Cals and 1 LG banana in a Nutribullet, feel full at Dinner so I eat less, breakfast is Granola 1/3 cup 1/4 cup Strawberry's and 1/4 cup Blueberry's ,,, Weekends are open game.

Would give zero if I could. I ordered 1 shipment; they put me in for subscription. After the next order was shipped, I again told them I don't want any more. This week they charged me 477 dollars three time on one day. The worst part about it was they don't show anything shipped. They are a scam and will keep making shipments. Don't trust this company

I just this week got a package in the mail from a subscription through them. And today I got an email charging me already saying there’s a two pack coming for almost 87 bucks. I wrote to them please cancel any subscriptions I have. They have made it so difficult I’m 70. This is how take me out of flip seven hell

I thought it tasted fantastic and seem to energize me a little bit.. however after 3 days of using this product I developed the worst and persistent bloating . I tried everything, I halved it I added more water blah blah blah.. after 2 weeks it landed me in hospital cuz the bloating was so bad I thought I was having a heart attack.. I imagine it is just me but I do feel bamboozled but it's America fake it till you make it right

I’ve been on the shakes now for close to three weeks. I will say they’ve helped curb my cravings and I’m now fine with two regular meals a day and one shake either in the morning or afternoon. Great taste! I just use almond milk & crushed ice. I purchased the cookie dough and caramel flavors. Been alternating them.
I’m excited at the longer term on how these shakes will help me!

Literally the best protein and creatine I’ve ever had - and I’m super picky. Mostly I’m just a stickler about ingredients and how clean a product is, I don’t do anything with artificial sugars, fillers, or colors. I love the flip my life protein in the caramel macchiato or the vanilla, it tastes, delicious, not overly sweet, and does not bother my tummy! I’ve been having a shake daily. The creatine supplement called flip eight is my other favorite, it’s got electrolytes and functional mushrooms, and again, no artificial crap! Customer service has been great and prompt

I love the Flip my Life shakes. I love the peanut butter and of course the chocolate. These shakes are my morning breakfast every day. I do not need anything else to keep me going till lunch time. The quality is excellent and the taste is fantastic.

Such a game changer for me! As a busy perimenopausal Mom I needed all my things in one place and this meal placement just nails it! And huge bonus it doesn’t make my stomach hurt or feel gassy at all! And taste great! 10/10 for me!

I got the product in May of 2025. My husband got it to help me reach my goals. He is a fan of Neal McDonough and told me he doesn’t put his name on just anything. I wasn’t interested in it because I’m not big on celebrity endorsed products. I let it sit in my cabinet for close to a year before actually doing it daily. I tried it a couple times, tasted good but just wasn’t interested.

We went on vacation in April 2026 and in March of 2026 I decided to start using the meal replacements for breakfast to help get my day moving. I just wanted something quick because of everything I have to do in the morning. I followed it with a 2-4 mile walk. Over a matter of six weeks I went from a 2XL to a XL.

I’m focusing on body recomposition and doing this in the morning for breakfast has helped me so much. It’s quick and easy to throw together. I used to add 1/4 cup yogurt, berries, milk, vanilla meal replacement. Over the past few months of drinking it Monday through Friday I’ve noticed my appetite shrinking, I’m full longer, don’t have the cravings I used to have, and I’ve been doing better getting through my day energy wise.

This isn’t a quick fix. I didn’t put the weight on overnight so I don’t expect to lose it overnight. However, it’s helping me stay on track with my food intake goals. I add it to my coffee, make deserts with it by adding Greek yogurt a tbsp sugar free pudding mix of choice and some milk.

Flip 8 has helped with my recovery time during weight training. What took me a week to recover now takes me a day or two when using flip 8 after my workout.

This product has really been my game changer in my health, (full longer, lower calorie intake, not getting that fatigue from over eating, better focus during my day, not needing my extra cup of coffee to boost me half way through the day). And in a few months I’ve noticed changes I didn’t get with other products I’ve tried.

I just started taking it twice a day Monday through Friday and once a day on the weekends. So I’m intrigued to see what changes will be coming. I only gave it four stars because I haven’t had to deal with customer service. I order online and haven’t had any issues with ordering. I also have been trying the gut health product and don’t feel I’ve done it long enough to speak on how it’s working yet. On a week we’ve noticed some good changes, but I like looking long term over short term for results.

My favorite is one scoop of the caramel macchiato and one scoop of the chocolate. They bring the perfect balance of flavor for me!

As soon as I can give a review on the gut health, I will add another star. 😁

I’ve been using the shakes (flip 7) and pre-workout (flip 8) regularly for a few months now. Feeling good at the gym for all of my workouts and feeling like my recovery is smooth and fast. Improved regularity to GI tract (if you know you know) which has been an awesome change!

On my third bag! Love it, tastes great and I feel great. Please change your packaging though, a canister or container has to be better than that bag! Powder goes everywhere when I dispense from it.

Flip my life is my menopause game changer My brain fog is gone, my joints feel great , I feel clear headed and tons of energy I mix mine with water and ice and I do drink lots of water during the day its my go to I must have it daily I went on vacation and didn't have it and boy I saw the difference . only complaint is I wish the bag lasted for 4 weeks instead of two weeks as my husband and I both drink it and it had more flavors but its my go to every day to feel myself again.

Love the Flip My Life Products. So far have used the Flip 7 meal replacements & Flip 6 Complete gut support. I have a meal replacement once to two times per day.
