Komfortowy przejazd. Trochę szkoda, że autobus nie zatrzymywał się w Kotlinie Kłodzkiej lub na granicy z Czechami, bo akurat tam był mój cel podróży.

When travelling on an overnight bus numbered N1253 on the way from Budapest to Warsaw I was met with an extremely unpleasant experience to cope with. When trying to rest on the bus during the night hours (22 - 6) it was hard for me not to notice a very uncomfortable smell coming out from the restroom that was provided on board. Adding to the fact that I was sitting in the rear part of the bus (seat 14D) and the odor could still be felt, which came and go because of the fortunately for me working air conditioning. When trying to use the restroom, the smell made it utterly impossible to do anything in the comfortable manner, which also made other passengers need to wait for the bus to arrive to a petrol station in order to use the toilet outside the bus. In some unfortunate way, half-way through the journey the doors to the restroom broke, filling the whole bus with a terrible scent.
Travelling on the overnight bus I'd also expect to be met with more amount of comfort considering the seats. The ones installed inside the vehicle couldn't tilt to any greater extent, the legrests weren't working properly and the overall experience wasn't enough to make the passengers rest comfortably during a long night drive.

Therefore the company might need to consider ensuring to the higher degree that toilets on their buses are in within the right hygenic standards, the smell in the bus is comfortable to all the passagers and the doors to the restroom can be closable. Moreover, especially on the overnight buses there can be special utilities granted such as more comfortable seats with the ability to tilt them more than 20 degrees, armrests, more stable legrests, firmer tables connected with the seats, etc.

Everthing went wrong!The bus didn't come in over 3 and half hours!I received only two messages and after 100 minutes no more...I had to take Neobus and pay another ticket.I am still waiting for money back from Flixbus.I am very disappointed.

This is a fraudulent and unjust transport company, they lied that polish law does not allow a refund meanwhile other bus company according to polish law allow compensation and refund to their client encase incovenience caused.. Their custormer care are not really there to help you but to lie and put the blame of the inconvenience caused on you . Please avoid this fraudulent company if you can, they have no regard for your time and will not compensate you in anyway, shape or form.

Po rozmowie z obsługą telefoniczną dowiaduję się, że nie zapłacą za taksówkę, aby na czas dojechać na lotnisko.
Dzięki wywarciu nacisku proponują mi dopłatę za benzynę na lotnisko.
- Czy zapłacą mi również opłatę za autostradę?
- Czy po udzieleniu mi pomocy zapłacą koledze za 100km benzyny oraz opłatę za autostradę, żeby on mógł wrócić do pracy?

Wiele pytań, na które, mam nadzieję, odpowie duża międzynarodowa firma, taka jak FlixBus.

Zawsze komfortowe autokary z wystarczająco dużą przestrzenią pomiędzy fotelami. Działające toalety. Czyste salony. Prawie zawszę na czas

Muszę się podzielić opinią negatywna na temat dwóch Panów kierowców autokaru relacji Berlin - Bydgoszcz w dniu 21 czerwca 2024 r..Wracałem z meczu Polska-Austria. Obaj panowie wyrażali się na mój temat bardzo źle i mówili to publicznie przy wszystkich pasazerach, że jestem rzekomo pod wpływem alkoholu i że nie zabiorą mnie do autokaru bo źle się zachowuje.Zaznaczam, że to byly pomówienia tych panow. A człowiek był po prostu przemęczony wielogodzinną podroza.Przeszukiwali mi ci kierowcy również bagaż gdzie jest to niedopuszczalne. Nie polecam jezdzic z tymi panami.Musze przez tych panów wystawić negatywną opinię.

Osoba z personelu Flixbusa zachowała się po chamsku. Chciała usiąść na wykupionym przeze mnie drugim miejscu. Po informacji od kierowcy, że mam dwa miejsca stwierdził z ironią: „może pan sobie nawet na trzech miejscach siedzieć”. Po zwróceniu uwagi na niestosowność zachowania, nawet nie przeprosił. Ponieważ tak zachowują się jedynie sfrustrowane osoby, pytanie jak Flixbus traktuje pracowników, że oni tak traktują klientów….
