Excellent customer service and high quality product
The laminate I wanted was not in stock. I called Floorsave to find out when it would next be back in stock and the lady I spoke to went out of her way to locate me some. Excellent customer service throughout. Quick delivery of samples and final order. I am not a DIYer yet the laminate was easy to lay and it looks amazing! I will definitely be buying more from this company again.

Excellent all round!
Excellent customer service, from prompt delivery of free samples, to telephone support with order and queries. Floorsave always provide a prompt reply and are always so helpful. Delivery is fast as well and their prices are excellent. I love the new flooring. The quality is great. Cannot fault them.

Friendly and efficient
After months of indecision, we finally made our choice of aged oak engineered boards (at a considerably lower price than the competition). Friendly and efficient help on the phone - item in stock and available for delivery in two or three days. Needed to change the delivery date, which was quickly rearranged with no trauma. Only potential problem was that we were told to expect a Transit van which could access our drive in a small lane, but it turned out to be a tail-lift truck, which we saw slow down but go past as it would have blocked the lane. Some time later, we saw the cheerful driver wandering down the lane, towing a motorised pallet trolley. If it had been at school run time he would have been taking his life in his hands! But as it turned out - all good. Another few months, and I might get to putting it down..............

Great product and services
I am super happy with my engineered wood floor. I have ordered 150mm x 18/5mm x random lengths Rustic Oak Lacquered Rustic Grade Engineered Multiply Wood Flooring. It looks very nice in my bedroom. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and responsive and clarified all my questions. The delivery was on time. Stellar experience.
