We had the pleasure of dealing with Daisy MacGilbert who had expert knowledge of all the floor tiles we considered. She helped us choose perfect tiles for our kitchen and we will definitely buy from her again. The delivery was on time and the driver was so helpful taking the tiles to our garage.

Really good personalised service. You can call them and ask knowledgeable staff about the tiles you like. I ordered the beautiful checkerboard flooring which arrived safely, a member of staff called me same day to check the order was satisfactory. Then when we were let down for the wall tiles delivery by a big warehouse company on the week of fitting I ordered alternatives from Floors of Stone as they do an express delivery. The tiles were much better quality than the ones I’d chosen elsewhere according to the tiler for only a small price increase. You do pay for delivery but it is an excellent service in my experience. Our new bathroom looks really luxurious even though it’s just a normal small bathroom the tiles have done wonders.

From request to quote to delivery Liams customer service was excellent. I over ordered on tiles and he also made that process really simple down to directions to site to return them and having Tom the yard manager waiting to offload quickly. The tiles arrived undamaged and are really good quality - on one breakage when laying 48sqm.

Exceptional customer service from floors of stone, in particular Daisy. She was fantastic, very friendly, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately in the end the tiles I purchased were not quite right for the space intended, due to the size and not quality. Daisy made this process as stress free as possible and communicated throughout to keep me informed of what the process was with the haulers and returning the tiles, keeping me informed at every stage. Great service!

The terracotta tiles are beautiful, delivery was smooth and the recommended order amount was just right.

As a natural and porous tile the process of installing and finishing is fairly lengthy and as advertised tiles do vary in size and thickness slightly, this is something to be aware of if ordering.

Looking forward to specifying Floors of Stone again. Would 100% recommend.

Fabulous experience with Floors of Stone and STUNNING tiles - very reasonably priced. Ellie took care of us from the moment we enquired - getting back to us quickly, ensuring we had everything we needed (adhesive, grout) and making sure they were delivered on a date that worked for us. The tiles are laid now and they are top quality. Everyone who has seen them has commented on them. They’re my favourite part of our renovation (alongside our underfloor heating!) and have decided to continue the tiling into other rooms. My husband is a ground worker and will for sure be using them again on his future projects (including our garden when it’s time!) Thank you again, especially to Ellie!

After my home had been flooded, all my floors needed to be replaced. I shopped around eventually finding Ellie at Floors of Stone. Ellie was so patient, helping us look at different combinations of flooring for different areas of the house and accommodating several visits at various times of day to assess how the products worked in different lights. She made the ordering and delivery process really easy and has been so approachable with follow up support. My new floors are looking amazing with the fitters remarking on how easy the products are to work with, saying that the flooring is a quality product which will last a lifetime. Liam, Ben, Ellie and the whole team were phenomenal. We spent months unsure of how to decide between thousands of options online and in stores. With so much choice and so many factors to consider, we felt lost. Then we discovered Floors of Stone and everything changed! Daisy was incredibly helpful in organising the delivery process. I had to alter the delivery date several times due to my changeable work schedule. She was incredibly polite and proactive in making sure I could receive the order. Very impressed with her level of customer service.

Last week we had occasion to order terracotta floor tiles. Our enquiries, concerns and final order were dealt with by Flooring Expert Daisy who was efficient, pleasant and quite charming in her manner.
As part of the process, she agreed to phone us at a certain time with requested information and did so even though she had not yet got the information as she wanted to assure that she had not forgotten her promise.
Such courtesy today is rare to find and we would have every confidence in recommending your firm in the future.

I rang to place an order with Floors of stone and Ellie was extremely helpful. She was able to answer the query I had on the travertine tile I required and processed my order quickly. The delivery arrived on time with no breakages and even the young delivery driver was superb. He didn't have a problem waiting whilst I checked the order, which is most unusual these days. The Noce travertine tiles are beautiful and I would absolutely recommend this company for the quality of their tiles and their exceptional customer service, Ellie in particular.

I had really good experience with the customer service. They helped me order the tiles over the phone and advise me on what else I needed to buy. I love the tiles, they are all unique and have so much variation. You can tell they are handmade. With the antique finish they honestly look like a genuine antique floor. They are expensive and the labour cost of laying and treating the terracotta tiles ended up being even more expensive than the tiles themselves. Its really got to be a labour of love if you choose these! I am very happy with the result though and FOS were always really nice and helpful and responsive which is much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: quick and smooth delivery, and travertine tiles are gorgeous and high quality, great value for money. The team are very responsive, and gave full instructions including images to help with filling and setting the tiles (we bought unfilled ones). Would highly recommend!
