Flowers were beautiful, packaged with care and were delivered the day after I ordered them. Will definitely order from company again!!

Well, where to Start. I paid for a Floral Display and Next Day Delivery. I will assume the Person or Whoever calling Herself Charlotte is Real and Not a Virtual Assistant ( she Seemed Driven By:- We Fulfilled Our Obligations ) OK hope My True Experience Can Be Published. The Delivery I Paid for on Tuesday 19.07.22 was for Next Day Delivery Wednesday 20.07.22. Being an Old Romantic I Thought the Extra Few £, s paid were worth it to Get The Display the next Day. When it got to early evening and no sign of the Floral Display I emailed FLORAL FESTIVITIES LTD and Asked where My Delivery Had Got too. Their Reply ( Charlotte ) First ever Contact off Them, Because You Placed The Order at 1.35 pm it was past their Cut Off Time and Out of Our Control!!!!. Right as a Retired High St Businessman I'm going to try with great Difficulty to be Polite and not Upset Anyone
Why was I not Informed of this. It was get it yesterday for a Ladyfriend and this Old Ronantic Boy of 71 Next week was quite excited only to become very upset & Annoyed by the No Show of the Floral Display and The Cold Response I Received. Need I state The Impact this Had on Me? Stayed Home all Day. CONTACTED them re my concerns only to be told we have Fulfilled our Obligations ( in each of their emails 3 or 4 kept saying Your Hanging Baskets Will Be With You Tomorrow ( Thursday ). More Infuriation as I Ordered a Floral Display. Is it a Generation thing? No Words of Comfort, Sorry For Messing Up! The Damage is not The Delay or The £20 paid. As the Song goes

If I Can Be Bothered , I'll send all Your Contradictory Emails to Trust Pilot. Or Being The Owner of The Hanging Basket Shop, Maybe You Would like to. Then People Can see all The Next Day Delivery Status emails that somehow changed to 1 to 2 days. After I had Complained. By Being So Stubborn Your Loss js The 90% nice side of me

Fantastic garlands and wreaths for both Christmas and Jubilee celebrations. Great party packs for the jubilee also. Great products, fairly priced and great door to door service. The wreaths are a work of art.
