Dried flowers
I do dried flower arrangements and would love to see you guys have a lot more variety when it comes to dried flowers. If you guys had way more options I would be able to use you guy as my only supplier.

Hi Brooke. We're surprised that you don't find the 82 different offers of Dried flowers we have for sale in our Online Market Place a good variety. We actually thought that was pretty good. :-)
When we checked your Facebook to try and understand what items you may be referring to, we noticed that we actually have all the items except 1 in your most current promotions from the month of November.
We are the only L.I.V.E stock online seller of Dried Flowers (that we are aware of) meaning that if you choose to buy from us one day, you will actually be buying from a L.I.V.E stock count not just a generic paper wish list.
We look forward to welcoming you as a customer 1 day hopefully in the near future.

My past several orders i have been charged for stock that i have not received. I object to paying for something that I will not be receiving. You should be taking the payment after the order is picked. Having a credit sitting in my account doesn't help me and I'm basically forced to order more stock to get my money back.

Vanessa we are a little bewildered here at FLOWERHUB HQ to be honest as previously you have been happy and satisfied with a Store Credit. This review is the first indication from you that you are no longer happy with that. Ofcourse you can change your mind not a problem, but it would be great if you would actually advise us of your change of requirements.
Unfortunately the reason you were credited yesterday was due to the fact that the Wax flowers you bought did not arrive into Brisbane in time to make the pack out. The truck was delayed.
We will always try and satisfy you as a customer because you are covered by the #HUBHAPPY guarantee when you buy here at FLOWERHUB.

Service and reliability of supply have not improved - with all the promises of better performance the recent upgrades to web services have not improved end results for the customer

Staff are ALWAYS helpful and efficent
Staff are ALWAYS helpful and efficent! Stock availability very good. Downside delivery is only available at night and there is no phone number for contact only an online service.

We understand that we do things differently here at the HUB. We are unique in that we looked at how we can deliver to you the customer at the cheapest possible price & that was to offer a Budget Busting $12 Metro delivery at night.
We can offer that cheap price because we do it outside of the main traffic hours at night between 6pm and 11pm Sunday to Thursday.
There is a Daytime delivery option available for you but it is a more expensive Fastway solution.
We also offer a Key service so you don't have to meet our drivers, they can place the flowers in a secure place for you.
We care deeply about how you our customer is looked after & supported. We answer Chat and email instantly, as if it were a telephone.
Our core customers constantly tell us that they love the convenience of FB Messenger chat, as they can post their question or feedback and get an instant response from the best available Hub Team member. They also don't have to re-explain anything ever as the chat history comes up when ever they have an inquiry.
Again we know we do things differently but that is what makes us FLOWERHUB. Thank you very much for your thoughtful review.
