The reviews are all telling the truth. Paid for peonie bouquet they delivered roses instead due to ‘peonies being out of season’ so why is it on your website then. I specifically needed peonies. They started to rot the next day or whatever the equivalent word for flowers is in this context. Was hoping they would do well but there’s a reason they have so many reviews.

Terrible customer service. Flowers by Flourish sent the wrong flowers, then ignored my emails and calls. The owner only responded after I opened a dispute with my bank. I have now received my money back through the dispute, but I should never have had to go this far. An awful experience, I would not order again.

Do not buy flowers from this company.

My own fault for not checking other reviews which state the exact same. Ordered flowers that were not cheap. Arrived looking dead. Followed their instructions, all 10 died without any blossoming. Reported this back, however this company do not offer refunds. Tried to offer replacement flowers or credit with them. A bit of a scam. Avoid - go anywhere else.

Purchased a years flowers in December 25 as a present for my wife. Deliveries have often been late and not the quality or size expected. In July the flowers arrived damaged and died with a couple of days. They provided a replacement. This month the flowers again died within 2 days. Complained again and asked to cancel order and get a refund. I was told this was not possible but was offered replacement and increase in flower delivered over the remaining 3 months. My reply was I have already had to complain twice and did not want this option but to cancel order and have refund. Again I told this was not possible!
I don't see the point of continually receiving substandard flowers

10 stems of sweet peas ordered over 10 days before needed to be taken to father in law’s funeral.
Nominated day delivery option selected and paid for, allowing for the flowers to be delivered a day before needed.
Delivery date missed…..the flowers actually arrived after the funeral had taken place.
The 10 stems are tiny, with a couple of the blooms already dead.
You can buy better at an honesty stall roadside in the summer!
Customer service didn’t answer repeated calls.
An answer to an email contact stated that as the flowers had been sent out via Royal Mail it was not their problem, and they refused a refund, even though the delivery date had been missed.

Such a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a pretty vase. I couldn't be any happier but, then I was. After realising I had made an error with the recipient's address, I contacted Joycelyn straight away, she not only rectified the error it was done after hours, keeping in touch with me through it all. My order delivered on time but the flowers only lasted 3 days. When they arrived they didn't seem fresh at all. This was my second order and I am thinking if I should continue my subscription.

Ordered flowers and received the invoice by email but no option to track my order or choose when they arrive.
Emailed and rang customer service number multiple times to no answer.
Shocking.

I spent a small fortune on what were advertised as deep red peonies because they are my daughter's favourite flowers. What was delivered looked like an ordinary bunch of pink peonies that I could have bought from numerous florists for around half the price.

The flowers were not deep red as advertised, and the quality and presentation did not justify the premium price I paid.

To make matters worse, it has been impossible to contact the company to raise a complaint or request a refund. The lack of customer service is extremely disappointing.

I paid a premium expecting a premium product and service, but received neither. I would not recommend this company.

Dead and rotten flowers arrive! £80 this company are a scam!! Do not buy

DO NOT USE! Ordered 10 bunches of daffodils for step-mums funeral costing £56. They sent two small bunches of Yellow Fressias. We had no emails or communications to advise that the flowers we ordered weren’t available. Absolutely ruined a traditional tribute!

What a disgrace.... ! We ordered daffodils for a family funeral, and were sent some yellow imposters, that are certainly not daffodils, and not worth half of what we paid. This is outrageous, and there is nobody to complain to. Please, save yourself the waste of money and massive disappointment. At a sensitive time such as this.... how are they allowed to trade?

Son bought me yellow bouquet which arrived with red roses in it. They wilted and died within a couple of days and the lily’s didn’t even open. Very poor quality. I would not recommend buying these.

Ordered a specific type of flowers. Got tulips - they didn't bother to contact me to see if this was an acceptable substitution (it wasn't), but did point out that this is covered in their 10,000 word terms and conditions. The flowers were in poor condition, and lasted just 3 days. When I complained they wouldn't refund, despite not sending the thing I had ordered and paid for, but did offer to send a bunch of peonies. When these arrived half the petals fell off upon opening. 2 days later they are ready for the bin. Meanwhile, I have some M&S peonies that are in better condition 12 days after we were given them. Poor service, poor communication and poor product - avoid at all costs.

Flowers made beautifully and always delivered on time, if there’s any stock missing, the company contacts you directly via email to agree on a replacement. Definitely recommend it, my girlfriend loves their flowers!

I was very disappointed in the condition of my flowers which were mostly dead on arrival. I was told it was due to the hot weather, they were a gift for a relative so the moment was completely lost.... I was refused a refund, over all a very poor experience. I was offered a voucher for future use. I would very much have rather had a refund as confidence in this company has been lost.

Received abouquet of sweet pea, approx 6 stalks delivered in an enormous box.. cost my son £30!! Flowers were wilted and half dead! Absolutely disgraceful!!

As another small business owner I really appreciate your personal email following my order. These small gestures and personal touches.

I ordered the flowers as a birthday gift for a lady who fits the title of unofficial auntie and who had also just lost her husband.

Her message of thanks to me was just lovely and the photo she sent to me showed that the flowers were very much as per the photo on your site.

I would give them a 0 but it isn't possible.
I placed an order for a bouquet and vase with next day delivery. The email says to allow 48 hours for delivery however that was 2 days ago and there has not even been a dispatch notice.
I have attempted to email and call but neither have been answered.

ETA I did get a reply and they have been delivered. The recipient however did not know who they were from as the card was not included
