If I could give 0, I would. I placed a flower order on Saturday morning (5/9) for delivery on Sunday for Mother’s Day. By 4 PM on Sunday, I called to check the status and was told the order was “out for delivery” and would arrive by 8 PM, it never showed up.
The next day (Monday), I called again and they opened a ticket to “investigate,” while their online chat rep somehow claimed the order had already been delivered on Saturday, which made no sense at all. I provided my contact information multiple times and never received any follow-up.
Over a week later (5/18 and 5/19), I made several more attempts through chat and phone calls. I kept getting transferred to an AI system (“Frank”) that just kept opening new tickets with no real help. Even when given a direct phone number and option to reach someone, it led right back to the same automated system.
This was extremely frustrating, especially for something as important as a Mother’s Day delivery. No accountability, no resolution, and no actual customer service. I still have not received a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Yesterday on my daughters wedding anniversary, I order flower basket for $95 and also pay extra to deliver early 4hours and i order morning 8:30 and the whole day we waiting but they didn’t delivered,i call so many times but no response and today i also called and some fake man attend the phone and said we don’t refund money so overall experience is very BAD AND FRUSTRATING,please don’t waste your money and time on these scammers, i wish i donate this money for charity 🙁

Total scam, ordered flowers for mothers day delivery, got notified at 5pm the day of that they would be delayed. Tried calling customer service, was caller number 13, once I moved up to 1st, somehow they didnt have a rep, and took my number down to call me back... and you guessed it, no call back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

This company is a SCAM. Never delivered the flowers and claimed they did. As a result, I had to find a local florist (last minute) to get flowers for Mother's Day. Also, when I called for a refund, they called my mom and asked her if she got flowers for Mothers Day. She said yes, not knowing it was not from this company. Flowers in 4 Hours lied to my mom when they called and told her they were the local florist who delivered the flowers when they did not. 100% scam and a very sophisticated scam. They took something nice (flowers for a loved one) and turned it into a nightmare. I wish I never dealt with this company.

Flowers i ordered and paid 112. For were never delivered to my friend in ICU. Tried many times to get a hold of customer service only to get disconnected or left on hold for 30 minutes at a time

Ordered flowers for mothers day…they never came. Tried to get a refund..no response. This is a SCAM. Do not use them.

I ordered flowers on a Friday, to be delivered on Saturday, the day before Mother's Day. On Saturday, nothing arrived so I contacted customer service, who stated the delivery would actually be sent out on Sunday (Mother's Day). On Sunday, by 11:30am local, the flowers still had not been delivered, so again I contacted customer service, who stated the order was out for delivery. By 6:30pm the order still had not arrived, so AGAIN, I contacted customer service to be told the order would be delivered on Monday, due to high volume of flowers being purchased, but I was NOT notified at all. THIS WAS COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY!!! After looking at all the other reviews, it turns out this place is a complete scam!

The flowers were delivered late so I was offered a $10 credit. That’s fair. However when they did arrive they were already drooping and not fresh. The worst part is there was a Happy Mother’s Day balloon in the flowers. These were sent as just because flowers and had to do nothing with Mother’s Day. This is quite embarrassing to send to your girlfriend that you have no kids with. I called and received automated replies and requested a call back and never received it. I wrote emails and have not receive a reply and I finally talked to someone on the phone today that a offered 5% refund. She kept referring to their SOP (standard operating procedure) and refused to let me talk to anyone else. This is some of the worst customer experience I have ever had and sending the wrong flowers is just wrong so they need to make it right and they will not do it. There’s also a section on their website that says if you’re not happy with the flowers, they will replace them and that is never been offered to me and that has not happened so if I could give a zero on this review, I would. Do not order from this company.

My fault for not checking the reviews before I placed my order but just like everyone else. My order was never delivered. Ordered for the day before Mother's Day, never showed, rescheduled for mother's day.. still never showed. When it was rescheduled again for Monday I decided to cancel because clearly the reviews were correct and I wasn't going to chance it. I didn't receive any updates about my order being rescheduled, nothing! Only knew because I was constantly checking the tracking. After talking to the shitty ai customer service they claimed they sent the recipient a message that they had a delivery on the way, never happened. Literal bullsh*t. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Promised delivery on Mother's Day. failed to deliver. Sent a message saying something special is on its way. I used them a couple of years ago under a different name - like Blossom - same thing happened - didn't realize the name had changed. Incompetent. Don't use them

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered from them in a panic as previous florist let me down. I cannot believe the how bad the flowers look. Half are dead, did not come in the basket as advertized and nowhere near the amount of flowers they should have been. I may as well have thrown the money, I spent, which was substantial, into a fire.

I didn’t even want to give it one star they took my money and didn’t deliver anything, charged me 40$ extra and refuse to answer my questions other than saying covid caused the delay it’s 2026.. I can’t believe legally they are operating and so high on google I didn’t question it.. Worst company I’ve dealt with in my life for anything hands down

I put in an order for flowers then I received an email saying that they were not going to be able to be delivered the same day. I emailed them back, asking for a refund or an upgrade of the flower , they chose to just give me a refund. My girlfriend works in a hospital and I just wanted to send her flowers immediately because she was having a hard day. That’s why I chose flowers in four hours and they couldn’t even deliver on their name.

SO VERY UN PROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE! SCAM FROM THE OUTSET. ORDERED FLOWERS OPN 4/22/2026 FOR MY MOTHERS BIRTHDAY4/23/2026. TODAY IS 4/30/2026 AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. FIRST THEY SAID THAT MY PYMT DID NOT PROCEES, I PROVED THAT WAS INCORRECT AND STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

I phoned in my order and was told they would be delivered same day. In the evening I got an email saying they would deliver next day. So next day I called in to ask if they had delivered, and Frank the AI assistant said it would be delivered today. 45 minutes later I got an email saying they would not deliver today but would deliver tomorrow. I called 2 different numbers so that I could speak with a person and all I could talk to was Frank the AI assistant. He could not answer any questions, only say it would be delivered tomorrow and sorry for any misunderstanding. That was it and I cancelled my order and I phoned the credit card company and cancelled my credit card as well. I had paid dearly for these flowers, in U.S. dollars yet! I couldn't understand that either.

They will not deliver your order and getting a refund will take up to 6 business days. Beware this is feels lime a scam with all their AI it uses.

This was the first time that I used Flowers 4 Hours and was very dissappointed. The plant I ordered was not delivered on the requested and paid for date. I received no notification that there was a delay. I had to follow up the next day for an status update and that's when I was told about the delay. To date, I still have not received notification that the plant was delivered. I had to hear it from the recipient. I am just hoping that it was a beautiful plant.
I don't plan on using them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. My unsuspecting 83 year old mother used this site to send me birthday flowers. What came looked nothing like the pictures. A couple of red roses, a yellow lily and a couple of sprigs of baby's breath. Completely lacking in every way. This company is scamming consumers. They don't seem to have Google reviews which is itself a red flag. I complained to BBB.
