Man I was tired of feeling like I was dying, felt like I was having a heart attack. Nicotine was the culprit. When I switched to Flow I thought that I was going to be let down, but I was wrong. I wish the convenient stores carried this product, but I guess when they don’t carry it you know that this is right decision to switch because why would they carry something the actually makes you feel better! I haven’t had nicotine since, and there is no way I’ll go back to that! Flow is the new NEW! Sure hope flow can keep stock!

I oredered these pouches to try thinking it was a one time purchase. i was automatically put on a subscription without my knowledge and took out money without any authorization. I also learned that the mushrooms were bad for my brain since it has negative effects with CADASIL. It fell on deaf ears and charged me anyway even though I canceled my sub and suffered a stroke and had to move. Not an honest company. beware please.

Let me tell you flow is the way to go. I tried to move on a couple different things. Nothing compares to flow flow is the way to go and their customer service is excellent again I can’t say it enough flow is the way to go.

Flowpouch put me on an auto-subscription without my approval and charged my card. I tried to cancel the same day they charged my card, well before anything shipped, and still they refused to refund me. Very shady business!

Wow I’m impressed! I used 9mg Zone nicotine pouches religiously every hour of the day from the moment I left for work until I went to bed, used to be a smoker. I’m on day 4 of Flow and I’ve only enjoyed a nicotine pouch once or twice in the evening. I use 3-4 Flow pouches per day and absolutely love the focus, no crash and stimulation. My only negative gripe is how intense the burn is on the wintergreen. Wintergreen is the only flavor I have tried but man is it intense. I have to move it around my mouth to each lip spot at least once before I can settle in and enjoy it. I like intense burn after all my habits over the years but this is unlike anything I’ve experienced. Won’t stop me from using Flow. Well done, great product, life long customer.

Like several reviews have said, Flow has helped me quit nicotine pouches. I've been using flow for two months and they certainly satisfy the habit of putting a pouch in my lip. But, thankfully, these don't carry the same health danger as extended exposure to nicotine. These are now my go to for a little boost on night shift.

Seriously loving these pouches. Since I work from home, I use these every day to help give me that extra bit of focus so that I can power through. So far, I'm liking the winter green and sour apple the most. Each flavor tastes natural without that artificial chemical taste that other pouches have. 10/10 recommend going with Flow!

Flow is absolutely amazing! I've tried all other non-nic pouches and Flow are by far the best... other ones I tried were all too bitter or kinda chemical, but Flow tastes by far the best. I like wintergreen the most, but sour apple and citrus are also great. I used them to quit nic - it took about 2-3 weeks to get rid of all the cravings, but now I use them just to lock in when I'm working. Shipping is also pretty quick - it took like 3 or 4 days I think.
