I had wonderful experience with Flucamp clinical trial because the team was very professional and transparent with communication right from the pre trial and during the trial. The doctors and staff were friendly and helpful in providing a welcoming environment to feel comfortable. I was satisfied with the protocols in place to respond to alerts

The beginning test, took a day, a full day. I got home at 9pm and I was 1 of the first people to attend. I have explained to the team that I had to travel quite far home and other people lived in London.
After the first day, every meeting took 30 mins, in and out, quick blood test, maybe a urine sample and a quick chat with the friendly drs.
The payments were made the next day.
The app is simple to use.

All apprehension was taken out of it from the first appointment. Everything laid out for you and explained in detail while it may take some time it covers any worries you may have.

The staff from doctors, nurses and the reception staff are all super friendly. Not once did I feel out of place, even had a great conversation about One Piece with one of them haha.

From the moment get ago everything was so smooth sailing. The staff were lovely alway friendly. Never had any issues at all. Not only that but the trail I took part in I actually benefited from as I never got ill during the winter which never happened before.
Great compensation and never had any issues with payments always come through without any issues.

I had a really pleasant experience at flu camp.its located quite close to Aldgate East station so is easy to get to. The facilities are clean and the staff friendly and informative. I was compensated well financially during the trial and the health checks they did were actual useful and helped to catch an underlying issue I had.
