Don't waste your money - this company is a scam

This company does not deliver within the timelines set out on their website, does not give you any updates on the shipment, does not cancel the order as "they can't stop the shipment" even though it is late, then refuse to send you a returns label when you are now inconvenienced in sending back something you tried to cancel as it was very late.

Do not waste your money - there are other kids products for flying. Customer service is pointless.

Scammers

Scammers. I placed an order as we would be travelling for over 20hrs with children. I took a screenshot of the confirmation order and payment - and never received any emails or follow up as to where the product was. I contacted them but had no response, until I went to social media. They informed me that they would refund the money and to check my with my bank after 3-5 business days. What a run around - still no email, no refund and no contact. Absolutely do not get sucked in - use your money on actual business and not online thieves.

Awful awful awful

Awful awful awful! Small company with no customer support and they partner with a shady courier company. Delivery never reached us and the company claims nothing they can’t do anything about it. Save your time and money.

Scam, no refund

Received the product too late so when I returned the unused product (with tracking confirmation), I never received a refund. Support kept saying they are just waiting to confirm the receipt. It's now been 5 months, no update, no refund.

Waste of Money

Please don't waste your time or money. The bed is not allowed on most large US carriers and even if it is, you are at the mercy of the flight crew to allow using it on board. We have had more cases where we couldn't use than vice versa. On top of it, terrible post purchase customer service.

I never received my package

I never received my package! From the shipping updates it arrived in Heathrow and then there were no further updates. I did not receive it and have had no response from the company. I can see now that others had the same experience. Do NOT buy from them!!

Terrible service, never showed up

I ordered this bed a month in advance of travel with a one-year-old. It has been stuck in shipping ever since. I also emailed customer service multiple times and got a response from Erica, claiming to be checking on the issue, but no new information ever materialized.

Absolute horrible experience

Absolute horrible experience. Like others have said, this company has non existent support (a useless Erica) and a non responsive CEO. I too tried to write a review on their website and they never published it. This is why their page is full of 5 star reviews.

We lost the black tube that connects to the pump and allows the bed to inflate and now the bed is rendered useless. We asked for a replacement part and they don't sell or provide one. They redirected me to a random Amazon product page which is not in stock or ships to my country and call that a solution. I insisted and I got the amazing treatment of just ignoring me. I emailed the CEO on Linkedin and she also flat out ignored me. This is where the staff gets it from.

This is a "premium brand" with absolutely horrible support and after sales service. For this amount of money, you'd be better off buying a new no brand inflatable bed literally every time you fly.

Save yourself your money, time, energy and patience and just choose another brand

Do not buy from this company!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the flyaway beds for a flight more than 2 weeks in advance of us traveling on the basis that it was advertised as being 5-10 working days shipping. Despite emails to customers services team (a very unhelpful Erica) telling them that I needed it on a specific day they made no effort to track the item. Eventually it was clear that the item was lost (as it arrived and was collected at Heathrow but never received by Royal Mail, the local courier). I explained this to Erica and sent her screenshots, but still nothing has been done. I am now out of pocket £281.40 and still this company has done nothing to make it right. I have now had to go to my credit card company to recover the lost funds. Thankfully they are far more efficient.

Disappointing Customer Service

Firstly, I don’t think this company posts anything less than 5 star reviews on their website as I tried to post a 3 star review and I didn’t see it on there. The bed itself was ok. It didn’t fit particularly well in an economy seat on Fiji Airways from Honolulu to Fiji but my toddler slept for a couple of hours on it. As with all inflatable things, it is a nuisance to deflate and fold back up into the bag. It took up more room in the carry on after use. I was not impressed with customer service at all, as the bed came dirty/scuffed up. Thankfully I purchased the sheet for it also, otherwise I would’ve been stuck trying to clean it on the plane before using it. I contacted customer service and they just told me to clean it with alcohol or acetone. Zero apologies for the inconvenience of having to do this, or any acknowledgment that the bed shouldn’t have arrived in this condition. Very disappointing for an expensive and frankly unnecessary travel item. Wouldn’t recommend them based on their customer service alone. The Bubba Board looks like less of a hassle so we might try that on the next flight.

not approved on BA or Emirates

not approved on BA or Emirates. waste of money & time. made it a hassle. when i deflated it i had to carry around something that resembled a paddling pool in my hand luggage through the airport in Dubai, all the way back to Australia.
