I have had a very bad experience with Flyers Club .First the summer I went on a Swiss Air Business class flight to Athens through Zurich.My flight was fine but Swiss Air lost my luggage for 3 days .I contacted Owen a manager to see if he could help resolve my luggage problem.He said yes and never did any follow up although I e mailed him many times. I was given a voucher for 1000 dollars because every one I dealt with quit.Marvin and Abby .When I tried to use the voucher today - first they told me it expired.When I sent them a copy of the letter with no expiration date- they changed their tune and said it wasnt a qualified trip.It was Miami to Rome Business.Both Zayn and Owen are deceit ful and terrible business men.You can get a better fare through the Airline and they keep the frequent flyer miles.Stay far away
