I have had a very bad experience with Flyers Club .First the summer I went on a Swiss Air Business class flight to Athens through Zurich.My flight was fine but Swiss Air lost my luggage for 3 days .I contacted Owen a manager to see if he could help resolve my luggage problem.He said yes and never did any follow up although I e mailed him many times. I was given a voucher for 1000 dollars because every one I dealt with quit.Marvin and Abby .When I tried to use the voucher today - first they told me it expired.When I sent them a copy of the letter with no expiration date- they changed their tune and said it wasnt a qualified trip.It was Miami to Rome Business.Both Zayn and Owen are deceit ful and terrible business men.You can get a better fare through the Airline and they keep the frequent flyer miles.Stay far away

Zayn helped through the Saturday…
Zayn helped through the Saturday evening, making extra effort getting our 2 premium economy tickets booked. There were back and forth text that based on my liking hours and preferred airlines to have Zayn completed my booking. He was very professional, and responded to my texted questions right away. I will book with him again next time traveling to Asia.

We booked air travel to/from Italy back…
We booked air travel to/from Italy back on July 9, 2026, through the Flyer-Club representative, James Hunter. As part of our booking, we paid $1,894.30 for the trip insurance- Protection Plan. Unfortunately, my wife experienced complications from a surgical procedure later in July that necessitated the cancellation of our trip. We subsequently contacted Mr. Hunter in an attempt to take advantage of our trip insurance. Mr. Hunter kept putting us off, indicating that the airline (American Airlines) would have to approve the refund request. We were never provided the name of any company that was handling the insurance and claims.

This was my first time working with Zayn
This was my first time working with Zayn personally. He took his time to search for the best possible fare for me. While I was waiting for 24 hours, I contacted several other travel agents. Most of them responded within an hour, but the fares they quoted were no different from what I could find myself.
Just when I was about to give up, Zayn called me with a great deal. I was very surprised that he found the dates I wanted at a much lower fare than all the other agents. He is truly amazing and genuinely cares about his customers. I booked the ticket immediately, and now I’m on my way to Asia.
