There's a persistent issue with payment.

You pay, and then... nothing: no ticket, no resolution, no service. Just the money leaving your account and not getting what you need...

Not once or twice, but nearly every time i try to use this trash website. I have to use it as it's the only way to get a deal.... but god, to no avail...

Please fix this, its a total embarrassment. Look at all the other reviews

Booked a flight and 8 hours before departure my tickets have not arrived. Payment has gone through and there is no one to contact. Tried twice (4 days ago and today) with the same exact outcome, or a lack there of.

No customer service after purchase. They gave me the wrong departure time. After I requested to change the ticket to the correct time via email, chat, and Messenger, they didn’t reply. The phone also doesn’t work.

Had a delay of over 24 hours, meaning I’d get a compensation of over 600$. They are ghosting me for over 2 months now.

The customer support is non-existent. It makes you wonder whether it’s a scam. After not receiving a reply from customer service (tried to contact them via email and chat) and additionally contacting the leadership of Flyla to get some help, I didn’t buy a ticket via their service feeling I won’t get the ticket at all ! Eurowings and other Lufthansa Group airlines shouldn’t endorse scammers !

Never received my booking email, an answer to any of my emails, or a response from the chat on their website. They however, did receive nearly £100. I tried to sign in with the email I used to book the flight, but every "Magic link" and password reset email never arrives. I am convinced this is a scam and will be speaking to my bank.

Ich bin schon mehrmals mit Flyla geflogen und war bislang auch sehr zufrieden. Allerdings werde ich darüber trotzdem nie wieder buchen. Mein Flug wurde einfach ein Tag vor dem Flug einfach ungebucht auf zwei volle Tage später. Stornieren ging nicht und auf einen früheren Flug umzubuchen ging auch nicht. Der Kundenservice war nicht hilfreich - sie meinten, dass das immer vorkommen kann und die keine Garantie geben können. Auf Flyla ist kein Verlass und werde ich nicht mehr buchen. Der Flug war weder ausgebucht noch überbucht.

Firma nie odpowiada na maile, ani nie odbiera telefonu. Jestem bardzo zawiedziona ponieważ nie wywiązują się że współpracy z firmą LOT, w której mieli zapewniać znizki dla studentow

They have been good once but have turned into a ghost company. I have booked with them and sent them several emails with a request regarding an error that their website outputted. It's been more than 2 months now and I haven't heard any life sign from the. WTF! NEVER BOOK WITH FLYLA!

Buchung ging gut, Kundenservice nicht existent, antwortet nicht auf Rückerstattungsforderungen. Gerade bei Flügen, bei denen es ja durchaus um einiges an Geld gehen kann, würde ich um Flyla nun einen Bogen machen!

No one to pick up the phone or respond the mails, dont even consider if you need any support for refund etc

Ich habe einen Flug nach Bali via Paypal gebucht, habe einen Zahlungsbeleg erhalten und dann ging die Problematik los. Nachdem 7 Tage lang keine Buchungsbestätigung in Sicht war und die Bezahlung wohl noch ausstand, laut meiner Buchungsübersicht wand ich mich mehrfach an das Supportteam. Auf meine E-mail gab es erstmal überhaupt keine Reaktion und auf dem internen Messenger Dienst wurde ich vertröstet. Nach unzähligen Nachrichten hin und her kam dann 10 Tage nach meiner Buchung die E-mail, dass die Fluggesellschaft (China Airlines) die Buchung nicht bestätigen konnte und eine Rückzahlung angeordnet wurde.
10 Tage später und nach etlichem nachfragen, wo denn die Rückerstattung bleibt, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Zahlung leider durch den Zahlungsdienstleister nicht möglich war.
Dank dem Käuferschutz durch Paypal, ist jetzt einen Monat später das Geld wieder bei mir. Auf die Anfrage von Paypal diesbezüglich gab es seitens Flyla auch keinerlei Rückmeldung.
Wirklich schade, das Unternehmen hat eine Menge potenzial aber noch einmal werde ich nicht versuchen einen Flug über diese Seite zu buchen.

Gute Angebote aber der Support ist seit Tagen nicht erreichbar, auch der Live-Support antwortet nicht.
Solange man unter keinen Umständen Hilfe oder Ähnliches braucht ist es super, ansonsten eine absolute Katastrophe

Ich habe über Flyla einen Flug bei Eurowings gebucht. Buchung war problemlos, doch dann wurde mein Flug 3 Wochen vorher annuliert. Daraufhin habe ich Flyla kontaktiert und sie haben für mich meinen Flug storniert. 2 Wochen später habe ich eine Email erhalten, dass mein Flug erfolgreich storniert wurde und dass ich das Geld innerhalb von 10 Tagen auf meinem Konto haben sollte. Bis zu diesem Punkt war alles gut.

Doch jetzt sind fast 4 Wochen vergangen, natürlich noch kein Geld da.

Support ist unterirdisch, keiner geht ans Telefon, man kommt nicht mal in eine Warteschleife, sondern man wird einfach nach 1 Minute rausgeschmissen. Auf die Emails gibt’s natürlich auch keine Antwort.

Ich warte höchstens noch 2 Wochen, wenn bis dahin nichts kommt, werde ich meinen Anwalt einschalten…

Nie wieder Flyla, dann lieber ein paar Euro mehr bezahlen und direkt über die Airline buchen!

Amazing student deals! I saved so much money using Flyla. I also had to change my flight and add checked luggage so I contacted their customer services and spoke to Ben, who responded quickly and was super helpful. Will definitely be using them again in the future

I found a great deal through Flyla. I was skeptical at first but I was able to get my confirmation number for the airlines and was able to find it through that airline's system. Additionally, I had some issues with signing into my account and their customer service responded quickly and was amazing. I'm very impressed and will book in the future. :)

Flyla was an amazing experience. I didn’t know how to redeem my voucher for a flight. However, thanks to the support team everything went very well. I loved this experience of immediate support. Keep it up guys.
