Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, particularly with regards to cancellations and refunds. I booked my flight through on Indigo airlines through Flysharp and the flight was cancelled by the airlines. I was promised a full refund within 4 weeks. However whenever I phone up they keep on saying that it is delayed, refuse to take ownership or responsibility saying it is not their faut. Spoke to someone who gave her name as Arathi at around 12:50 pm GMT on 16/04/2026who was rude and unhelpful.

I had booked a ticket from booking.com flysharp , I had made a mistake while booking the ticket and as soon as I saw it I called the flysharp to change it . I was told to pay more money to fix that mistake and I did on the 15th of march and I was told it will be sorted in 24 to 48 hours ever since that day the guy dealing with my booking ‘felix’ is dogging me around, every time I call them someone or the other picks up and says felix is not in the office and they will ask him to call me back asap for 15 days I’ve been hearing that same excuse on 15 of April I had called back and one lady picked up and said he will be calling you back, I called back in 10 mins one other male received and said he is done for the day, I then said I just called like 10 mins ago and I was told he was on another call, he then replied saying oh I don’t know he might be off or on his break , this people have been lying every Since and I don’t know how legit this company is, please avoid this travel agent, it’s more like a fraud

Worst customer support

Worst customer support. The number they have given doesn’t work and the email looks suspicious and takes forever to reply. I had to reschedule my flight and I have been trying to contact them for 3 days now, with any luck. Please do yourself a favour and do not book with them.

I would strongly advise against booking with Fly Sharp. Even if they offer discounts, it’s far better to book directly through the airline or official websites.

Their customer service is extremely poor. It took around 4-5 weeks for us to receive a refund, and even then, they deducted additional fees during the cancellation process. In fact, you’re likely to receive a better refund if you book directly.

I had to call customer support multiple times just to follow up, and they still delayed processing the refund. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not worth the hassle.

I booked with FlySharp on the 5th March for a Trip to Thailand, was promised a full refund on the 7th of March and 5 weeks later… I’m still chasing this refund. I have sent emails to them and still haven’t got back to me.

£550 to cancel 20 minutes after booking...

Had to cancel a flight around 20 minutes after booking because I had to change some dates. Charged me £550 to cancel. Then shortchanged my refund by another £250.

Rude ill informed customer service

Rude ill informed customer service. I had queries about our flights being rescheduled, baggage allowance and updating our contact details on the airlines websites. I had over 7 phone calls and 3 emails with Flysharp, till I got answers from them.
