The worst ever exprience - Avoid

The worst ever. Avoid !

Flight booked via the agent with Air India. The flight was cancelled by Air India without reason whilst waiting for hours for departure.

We advised Flysharpe straight away and they did nothing at all to help with this situation, Flysharp blatantly LIED In a telephone call which was apprently recorded??. They said that it was our fault the passenger never went on the flight and flight departed on time. We were absolutely flabbergasted!! We have more than enough proof that the flight was actually cancelled

Air India confirmed a new flight today - which so far this evening has been delayed 3 times.

The agent did nothing to sort this out and simply passed the buck - we were doing the job of the agent.

We needed to sort this out with Air India directly and have been in the phone for many many hours ourselves.

Disgusting service.

I had a very poor experience with Fly…

I had a very poor experience with Fly Sharp and would not recommend them.

I completed my booking, received confirmation, and the payment appeared to go through on my bank app (it showed as pending and I successfully completed multi-factor authentication). Despite this, they later cancelled my booking, claiming there were payment authentication issues.

Because of this last-minute cancellation, I was forced to rebook my trip at nearly double the price, which caused unnecessary stress and extra expense. This situation could have been avoided if they had properly verified the payment before confirming the booking.

The whole process felt unreliable and unfair. Confirming a booking and then cancelling it afterwards puts customers in a very difficult position. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Flysharp what a con

So I booked a flight flying with virgin airlines for £460 a week later my grandson wanted to join me . Skyscanner had the same flight at £524 via flysharp. I rang flysharp direct and he tried to charge me £680 for said flight. Obviously I refused to pay that amount , I know a con when I see one.
I ended up calling virgin airlines and they couldn't have been more helpful. They got my grandson on the same flight for £466!!! So screw flysharp I will never use you again!!

One of the worst travel agency

One of the worst travel agency, I booked my ticket through flysharp via Skyscanner but due to regional travel disruption airline cancelled my ticket and issued refund to them but they have not issued my refund, I have spoken to airline and they said we have issued the refund to flysharp, when I speak to flysharp they just tell lies that they have not received the refund from airline and they are just sitting on our money, and they customer service agents are the most rudest you can find in the industry. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND AND USE THEM AGAIN, BEWARE THEY ARE THEIFS.

DO NOT BOOK WITH FLYSHARP IF YOU PREFER…

DO NOT BOOK WITH FLYSHARP IF YOU PREFER TO HAVE AUTONOMY OVER YOUR OWN FLIGHT TICKETS. Purchased flight tickets through Skyscanner which redirected us to FlySharp. I would not recommend at all as they 'act' as a third party, meaning ALL booking changes (e.g., purchasing seats etc) and even adding my own airlines membership number has to go through them. I've never experienced anything like this.
It's like a manipulative abusive partner needing to know every single thing you do and every personal info. It's so weird! I don't want to give you extra personal details when I can do my own seat bookings and add my own membership number.

FlySharp refused to change the contact details so that the airline can contacts me directly instead. It was Ridiculous. They claim that the contact details on MY OWN booking needs to be the company's email address and phone number...so that they can inform me immediately if there are changes to my flight booking??? But that reason makes zero sense because if the contact details are my own, the airline will just email me and I would know right away! I couldn't even file a complaint as it was 'company policy'???

I was proven right because on the flight back, there was a flight delay. We reached the airport three hours early, and only when checking in, the airport staff told us about the delay. Turns out, the airline did send the email notification about the delay - but to FlySharp. By the time FlySharp 'notified' us by FORWARDING the email from the airline, it was clearly already way too late. THE AIRLINE COULD HAVE EMAILED ME DIRECTLY, but nope, having them as the middle person (which they claim is in my best interest) is clearly very "helpful". The audacity in refusing to add my contact details to my own booking when this is the level of service provided. NEVER AGAIN. I will never be forced to share any mods extra personal details with this company with suspicious policies.

Update (1 April): In response to the reply below, where you want to 'investigate' why my request was rejected?? PLEASE DO. I was in contact with Shefali and they were INSISTING that the contact details would not be amended for ANY reason whatsoever. I even went through Skyscanner to mediate, and even they told me that FlySharp REFUSED to add my contact details. You can investigate all you want, but this is clearly a policy that everyone booking with you needs to know about. Most people I believe would prefer to have autonomy over their own booking details, and the company policy does not allow for that based on my experience.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with your service.

I had booked a Gulf Air flight and rescheduled it for 26th March at 9:30 AM. Prior to leaving for the airport, I contacted your customer service multiple times to confirm my booking. Your representative clearly assured me that my flight was confirmed.

However, upon arriving at the airport, I was shocked to be informed by the Gulf Air staff that my booking had actually been cancelled a week earlier. What is completely unacceptable is that I never received any email, notification, or communication regarding this cancellation. Because of your negligence, I was left stranded and unable to make alternative arrangements in time.

This level of miscommunication and lack of accountability is extremely unprofessional and has caused me significant inconvenience and stress.

Spoke to 3 people, all as useless as each other!! Rude, condescending and frankly should not be working in customer services or anything related to customer services. I simply wanted to change a flight, as the airline has said they are offering, and i kept getting push back!!! Guy called Gipson or something infuriated me, and Hector claimed he heard a call recording whilst i was on the call, what the actual hell!! Will be very very careful to never use this agency in future, even if flight prices are low!!! I would rather use someone who charges me £100 more at least i can expect some decency instead of abhorrent behavior towards a woman!!!

This is the waste and useless service

This is the waste and useless service. I have recently booked saudia airline in March 2026 month and due to on going war between Iran and US, i was scared to travel so I rang this service for several times foe 3 continued days but non of them answered and I had emailed them and till now no response. I was travelling with baby so I wanted to cancel the flight but non of them responded to me. Hence I didnt travel and I havent got any refund any response. Useless, no honest agent. Horrible, traumatic, fraudulent

This agency is totally faulty and fraud! They made our day hell and the travel traumatic! Can’t even imagine how a agency can work like these with zero ethics and transparency! We spoke to 6/7 people, they were all giving out different and wrong informations! Started from Bhanu, Serah, Jack, my god! I dont believe they are using their correct names! If there was less than 1 star option i would have selected that. The worst travel agent they are. They do not pick their calls, nor they reply via whats app. We got a ticket from them and due to the usa-iran crisis we were stuck with flight cancellation. Tried calling them, emailing them but till date, no reply or answer from them. The airline would not help us as they said to contact the agent through which we booked our tickets. So yes, the worst agent ever with 0 customer service. Please avoid them at all cost because if you ever need to contact them they will not be available. Have opened a case against them through our credit card as that was our last option.

I will never use this company again

I will never use this company again. I had my flights with Qatar cancelled on 2 March. As I booked through an agent Qatar said I need to contact the agent . After a long wait I managed to speak to someone on the phone. My flight was moved to 5 March, it was the start of the conflict and at that stage I was hopeful it might be a few days. Fly Sharp is the internet arm of Southall Travel and it was them I had phoned. I had to pay them £60 for the date change dispute the fact the airline had cancelled the flight. I was told this was taxes, I knew he was lying but I had to accept it.

The flight was then cancelled again. I asked for a refund as I didn’t want to keep paying them £60 every time I changed flights. It is now 23 March and despite several emails I have not had a reply from them about my refund.

They are only interested in money and don’t care at all about the customers. I will be complaining to ABTA and anybody else I can think of.
