This company is a major FRAUD. You sign up and they call you incessantly to sign up. They ask a list of questions pertaining to where and how often you fly. Promise you plenty of routes and flights that match exactly where you tell them you go. Once they collect a $3000 membership (non refundable) you start seeing the actual flights they really offer.

Fort Wayne to Indy. And many other flights that no one would ever use. When you message them, it’s a bot that is programmed to give boilerplate answers.

I have reached out to them multiple times for a refund since joining in July.

They convinced me that there were plenty of flights coming out of my city going to where my parents live, I have yet to see one. They also said that I can travel with my dog on every flight which was also a lie. It’s a scam and I fell for it

Stay away! They are the most disorganized company. Not sure if it's run by actual people or just AI at this point. Would keep away if I were you.

Have a colleague who recently signed up for this service. I joined him on a flight this weekend and it was very uncomfortable. The pilot came up to us & was being very direct about making it aware we were with Vaunt & telling us not to use anything - leave the plane as we found it - don’t use the bathroom - other Vaunt riders were just partying. It felt very trashy and made us feel very second class. The plane was nice & trip was smooth.

When it comes together it’s great but it’s not for everyone for sure. First off everything is either same day or next day flight so you have to have a lot of flexibility. Secondly, even if you “win“ the flight chances are more than 50% that it will not go. I have found more than half the time they come back and say the supplier canceled the flight even after I was in the top position to get it. Additionally, the app is glitchy and freezes you out often and sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes or more to get back in – it needs a good update. Having said all of that I have taken some amazing flights with it as well. You also end to be in an area with a good amount of private jet activity to get enough flights posted from where to live to have a chance to get some worth your while. For me, I am happy with what I paid and what I get, but wish they would fix the app and not put so many flights that don’t actually go up on the app . Since I am retired and very flexible with my time and can figure a way back it is good for me, and I have learned not to be disappointed with all of the other things – just part of the game to get a jet experience for such a reasonable price. If you don’t have that flexibility or mindset, then this isn’t for you.
