Grace Under Pressure
Your coordinator Aurelion was instrumental in helping us coordinate an emergency flight home. Definition of grace under pressure. I'm sure it was not an easy job to coordinate what could easily be termed a medical extraction. He even had an ambulance booked and waiting on the tarmac for us when we arrived in Boston.

Even though there were two unforseen issues(closest airport had a fueling issue, and a dense fog delay), Paramount made the necessary adjustments to get us to our destination as efficiently as possible. Smooth and easy trip once we met up with the crew.
