I had bought these wood-looking foam tiles before for my home gym and then we moved so I bought them again. I love them. Great durability, great look, and super easy to put together. I totally expected them to take forever to ship but I got them really fast. Totally worth the price.

Shady business practices
FoamTiles sent me the wrong product. Their customer service rep told me they would simply file it as damaged goods, and that I could keep it and use as I'd like, while they would send me the correct product. Then 4 days later, they contacted me saying, "whoops, can't do that" - But since I had then already used the product, they refused to refund me or send out the correct item. They offered me a partial discount on the "lesser" product I received. I told them that resolution was not acceptable for me. They ignored my reply. And then ignored two more attempts to resolve the issue. So I was forced to file a complaint with my credit card company and then FoamTiles lied about what they had told me, nullifying my case. I'm continuing with my legal grievance, but as for now, they have screwed me out of my money and product. Terrible company. There are many others out there with reputable names. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

The tiles totally transformed the basement room, greatly reduced the dust and improved the air quality. Plus the room looks great! Now we use the room for exercising and playing with our Corgi. Plus, laying the tiles was very easy. This was the best investment!

Prices and selection were great. I was looking for a piece of foam mat for children to help me create replacement pieces for a set I already had. While I couldn't choose a color, I was able to find the correct material and thickness that matched near-perfectly! I could order a single tile, which was super cheap, and FREE SHIPPING!! It was amazing.
The warehouse ended up making an error that resulted in them sending me an entire set of mat pieces (12), instead of the one I'd ordered (wow!). Their customer service was responded very quickly to my inquiry, though I got responses from two different people. The first said thanks for letting them know but go ahead and keep them. The other came second and said they contacted the warehouse and were awaiting reply. I guessed the first email was the warehouse replying and the emails just came out of order, but that was a little confusing.
Otherwise, they were very generous with free shipping and letting me keep their mistake. Their site was easy to navigate and filter results to get just what I was looking for, and it was great I could select exactly how many tiles I wanted for my needs. The material looks to be of good quality, but I can't speak yet for how it's holding up. I'm sure it'll be great!

We ordered these brown foam tiles and placed them in our kids play room. We then decided to add onto our playroom. So we reviewed our previous order and ordered the exact same product as previously ordered. However, upon receiving the order we quickly noted that the color did not match at all. We contacted customer service who would allow us to return the item but would not in anyway assist us with shipping to return stating that it says on the website that color can very (which we assumed referred to the color from site to home not that they routinely completely change the color). Buyer beware because it would cost us in shipping to return as much as the product itself!! BEWARE when reordering!!

Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered a new floor for my basement workout room. When the flooring arrived it included a sealant and we applied 2 coats. Unfortunately it made the floor extremely slippery and cloudy looking. After contacting the company they informed me that the sealant was not supposed to be sent with foam tile floors and they blamed ME for the damaged floor. They didn't offer to replace the floor tiles or even a discount code for me to purchase new tiles. They look HORRIBLE and I'm embarrassed after owning them for less than one month. HORRIBLE customer service. Would not recommend.

We've now made six purchases from FoamTiles (3 for standard interlocking mats and 3 for tumbling mats). The prices are great, and everything always arrives quickly, even at free shipping rates. We use the interlocking tiles to cover our basement floor for the kids, as well as in the kitchen instead of much more expensive gelpro mats. They're easy to clean and move as needed. We actually used the tumbling mats to create a wrestling "room" for our kids to practice since COVID precludes that here.

The tiles are fantastic! Very cushiony for my little guy to play on. The colors are vibrant and are holding up well to chewing. They are very easy to clean. Shipping was fast.

Unfortunately I cannot rate the overall quality of the product.

I understand that shipping and manufacturing have been impacted by COVID. However you still need to communicate this to your customers. A full month after our order was processed, (and our credit card charged), we had received absolutely no updated information and no updated delivery date. Several calls to the service department went to voicemail with the promise of a return call within 24 hours, no response. Finally able to process a return when we called the sales department and someone actually answered - don't take on new sales when you can't fill your old ones, and use some of those people to handle your complaints! The most annoying part was listening to the hold message saying "your order will ship within one day!"

Was very disappointed, as we did want the product. However such terrible service and long wait resulted in cancellation. One positive was the cancellation was handled quickly and we were refunded in full. Hence the one star.

These tamami tiles are so pro! They look beautiful here in my makeshift dojo, and are ideal for absorbing high impact moves, and are easy to assemble! I would reccommend to anyone looking to tale their training, whether its martial arts, dance, or contortion, to the next level!

Ordering online was a breeze & even better was how fast I received my foam tiles! & I love them. Bought them for my drum room. Look & feel awesome!

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!! I covered a very large area for my newborn and he loves it. I did A LOT of research and landed on this site and I'm glad I did. Have already made a second purchase to expand the area. Look no further....this foam flooring is the answer.

I ordered 100 -- 1" MMA tiles. Received only 98. Contacted Customer Support multiple times via email, chat, phone -- did not receive any responses at all. Finally posted negative review on BBB website -- received response within 24 hours. Waited another 3 weeks posted another negative review on Trustpilot -- got the missing two tiles few days later.

To be fair, this was my third order from them and first two arrived without problems. Tiles are great and very simple to install. However, the company was not well equipment to deal with sudden jump in demand. At the end they did fix the problem but they should have responded and resolved the issue faster.

Excellent Tatami tiles!
We ordered the 7/8" Tatami Tiles...9 of them in 2' x 2' tiles in black.gray.
We use them to place on the floor of the garage by our Muy Thai hanging bag. So we are working out on them barefoot, frequently. They withstand a lot of heat and moisture. They are sturdy and comfortable - exactly what we were looking for!

We just installed our tiles and couldn't be happier! So far so good!
