I had a great experience working with Focal Fact as an expert. The entire process was clear and transparent from the initial outreach through the call itself. Expectations were set upfront, and payment was issued exactly within the timeframe they provided. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly, and I would absolutely be happy to work with them again in the future.

Had a great consulting experience. Team was very professional, communicative and timely. Easier to work with than competitors. Lastly, I was paid quickly. Just ensure you provide all your payment details upfront so no to delay. I would definitely work with Focal Fact in the future.

Total waste of time. A manager from Focal Fact reached out to me for my expertise in the public sector permitting realm . Which I have 18 years in. She asked if I had a certain experience doing this one thing, I said no. Got moved onto the call with the actual client (which they won't tell you who it is, only saying they would have to get permission - for you to know who your talking to). So I block off an hour of my day, schedule my day around this call, get on call and this rude guy talked to me for literally 2 minutes, asked the SAME question the Focal Fact manager asked me (that I said NO i did not have any experience in) and I again said no I don't have any experience with that particular task, and the guy rudely cut me off stating "your not the one we need to talk to" goodbye. Basically hanging up on me. 0 out of 10 starts, do not recommend doing business with this company.

Edited to add: The focal fact employee was nice, professional, polite. But apparently there was a disconnect with her and the client I was set to talk to, and his rudeness was unacceptable.

I have been impressed with their professionalism and communication. I often deal with Natalia and William who are both exceptional.

My experience with Focal Fact was top-notch. From my initial message from Oliwia through my screening call and my first consulting call, the experience was flawless. Great communications and follow through on my fee payment. I look forward to working with this company again in the future.

The quality at Focal Fact is second to none. I have been impressed with this team from first introduction. They deliver impressive results whilst maintaining that boutique peronalised touch. I hope they can keep that as they inevitably grow. I can't speak highly enough of Natalia and the personable touch she provides.

The team at focal factor is very professional and they use AI technologies to streamline the screening process which helps to make the overall experience much better. Their coordination for my consultation was excellent and my payment was on time. I would recommend them to my peers.

Very professional. Except experience with the person who scheduled the cool and the Technology they are using to connect to their client. All went very well.

Waste of time. They send you multiple emails, asking tons of questions, lot of followups and do not clarify the T&C until last min that caller may reject you for the reason not specified until then that you need to know about a specific company. DO NOT TRUST and waste your time.
Reply is incorrect. I responded based on my knowledge. Client on call rejected when he asked did I worked with them. They asked me questions and got responses based off my 25 years of industry experience. When they got what they wanted, they cut the call to save their fee
