Awesome customer service! I placed an order, and apparently I picked the wrong team:/ Emailed them, and they cancelled my order for me:) Although they didn’t have my size for the correct team, I appreciate them responding so quickly and fixing my mistake! From this experience, I would say they are a great company! I’ll be doing business with them in the future!

Was missing a set of Steelers ornaments in my order. Settled within hours Replacement were shipped in 24 hours. Now that is service. Thank you. Merry Christmas Yinz!

The response to my issue was very quick, and they provided alternate parts for my helmet at no charge. Much appreciated!

I contacted FOCO customer service to find and purchase a replacement lid for a new tumbler. My son had dropped the cup, and broke the handle. FOCO customer service replaced the lid free of charge. Great communication throughout the process, and the lid was replaced within a week.

I lost the instruction and the Support helped me fast and good with a PDF. Nice Support and nice products

Amazing customer service. My phone auto filled my address with my old one and I only noticed after I confirmed the order. I emailed them straight away and they responded within 10 minutes and they sorted the issue straight away. Could not recommend more

I received my order of a Tottenham Hotspur chopping board very quickly. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the etching on it. I contacted customer service and received a reply very quickly asking for a photo of the board. Customer services agreed it wasn't up to standard and immediately sent another which I was happy with. It's my second order and I wouldnt hesitate to order again.

I ordered an item, and a different one for another team showed up. Contacted customer service and was blown away by the helpless of a woman named Freya. She was able to get the item I wanted sent to me right away. Additionally when I told her a friend of mine is a fan of the team sent in error. I told her I would give it a good home if she let me hang onto it and she did! Nice interaction, not outrageous pricing, speedy shipping. She needs a raise too!

Unfortunately, when my package said it was delivered it was no where to be found but I emailed customer services and they fixed my problem in a timely manner! They’re excellent and really value their customers!! Would definitely purchase from them again and recommend to family and friends.

I buy almost every FOCO dodger bobblehead. Customer service is great and any issues are always resolved quickly.
