I have completed the st james park…

I have completed the st james park stadium also the Newcastle united team bus and was about to complete the Newcastle united football but was unable to do so as parts were missing. I contacted foco via e-mail and sent a list of missing parts. The foco team responded so quickly and could not apologise enough and reordered the missing parts. Like I say they were so quick and apologetic and plan to place another order for my grandson. Great products and excellent customer service highly recommended.

My son recently received an nfl themed thermos for his birthday. It was unfortunately bumped off the counter and the lid was damaged, the support team was incredibly responsive and went above & beyond to help make sure he gets to enjoy his bottle for a long time.

SCAM

I made an order on the 26th March and paid for next day delivery but my order still hasn’t arrived!
I haven’t had any information on the Shop app (which is there I was directed) regarding my order and have now made a formal complaint.

Canceled Without Notice – No Refund Given

Despite placing a pre-order for 2025/4, my order was canceled in 2026/3 without any notice. This is completely unacceptable.
What makes this even worse is that payment had already been taken through PayPal at the time of purchase. By the time I became aware of the issue, the 180-day PayPal protection period had expired, leaving me with no way to recover my money.
Instead of issuing a proper refund, you provided store credit that I have no use for. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on your business practices.
I will not be purchasing from your company again.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Has been for decades now. Starting from the top this owner will bleed any last cent of of his customers and provide zero value or loyalty. No wonder there's massive turn around within the company. Go and read glass door reviews for evidence.

DISGRACEFUL & DISGUSTED

After nearly 3 weeks - I have still NOT gotten a reply regarding my damaged bobble head that I even included pictures. And that you acknowledged receipt of - escalating to your Bobblehead team?!

You inept ability to properly serve the people who are spending their hard earned money with your company is appalling.

You have lost this customer. I will never put anymore of my hard earned money towards not one of your products ever again. I even was patient waiting nearly 2 years to receive this bobble head. Disgraceful.

Run.

I hate giving one star. Do NOT order from this company! Consider this your warning. I ordered 2 of their items. Both of them had missing pieces. Lambeau Field and Green Bay football. Both 'legos". They have no phone number. Their website states they'll respond next business day. These items were Christmas gifts. I contacted them in December 2025 to let them know I cant proceed building because of the missing pieces. They wanted an explanation and photos. I sent more than they asked for. Today is March 1 2026 and they finally got back to me and said I needed to count whats missing, colors and size. For a 1700 piece build. Are you crazy?!? When i refused to do that, they stated all their customers will count and send them. I have never in my life! This is a company worth 60 million with 402 employees and they won't rectify a $90 and a $30 build. Run.

I ordered a product

I ordered a product. It came missing some pieces. I sent an email within 24 hours. They responded within 48 hours. They sent me the missing pieces. They were the wrong pieces I re-emailed the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Five stars is not enough. They took care of the issue that I had relatively quickly. They can't get me the missing pieces so they are sending me a whole new product free of charge to me. I will definitely order more products from this company. Like I said, five stars is not enough overall I'd give a 10 out of 10 if I could. Thank you. Thank you for everybody that was involved in us.

LSU Lucky t-shirt

I ordered a Lucky LSU T-shirt for my wife for Christmas. The shirt got here in time, but it was an incorrect print. I sent pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered. My issue was handled by Megan who was exceedingly helpful. She offered to send me a new shirt with the correct printing free of charge and I didn’t need to send the other one back. Unfortunately the “new” shirt was exactly the same print as the original one. I again contacted Megan and explained the situation. I was then offered another shirt of the correct printing free of charge(again) if I was willing to accept one a size larger than my original order. I agreed and received the shirt with the printing that I had originally ordered. My wife was thrilled when she saw the new shirt and she loves it. My wife and I are both retired from Walt Disney World, so we know customer service. FOCO’s Customer Service and Megan greatly exceeded our expectations!

Avoid - incomplete products and no resolution

We purchased a Manchester United block set and discovered that a significant number of pieces were missing. When we contacted customer service, we were told that the only way they would resolve the issue was for us to count over 1,000 pieces and identify exactly which ones were missing.

This is an unreasonable request. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and complete. A product with missing components clearly does not meet these standards. Customers should not be expected to carry out a full inventory audit of a faulty item in order to receive a replacement or refund.

We are extremely disappointed with both the quality control and the way this issue has been handled.

Don't to it. Just don't do it.

This company really screw*d me over. I ordered a shirt that was too small. My mistake. It took way too much effort to find out how I could make an exchange for a larger size. Finding the return form was way too difficult.
They told me to mail the smaller shirt back to them and I could exchange it for a larger one. Then I was told that the larger size was out of stock. I spent $8.00 to mail it back. The told me they would credit my card. So, basically I spent $8.00 bucks and got nothing. Don't bother buying from this company because the shirt was really poor quality material. The NFL should be embarrassed to have their Logo on this cr*p.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. This company does not clearly disclose that all sales are final. I was never properly warned during checkout, and their return policy is hidden in a small, obscure section of their website.

The product I received was loose fitting and poor quality — not what I expected based on the listing. When I reached out for a refund, I was told they would not accept returns under any circumstances.

Clear and conspicuous disclosure of a no-return policy is the bare minimum for consumer fairness. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

I ordered a pair of shoes and went by…

I ordered a pair of shoes and went by the size guide and they are too small, contacted customer service and they said because they are LSU shoes none returnable. The worst customer service with honoring returns. I read the return policy prior to making the purchase and nowhere does it state shoes with a college logo are final sales. Lost a customer for life!
