Great service

Foco UK was selling a particular Blackburn Rovers item that I really wanted, I decided to give them a try despite the negative reviews as I couldn't buy it anywhere else. The item arrived quickly, was great quality, and exactly as described. So I was very happy I didn't overlook them. Thank you.

Scam or banking fraud?

Placed an order but when I went to checkout it said my banking details were incorrect, despite receiving a bank text saying payment had been made. I have zero trust in this company

Updated - i have since been contacted by customer services who have issued a replacement item , thank you it has restored my faith.

I purchased a rucksack last year for my husbands birthday. When he opened it one of the zips is only attached on one side. Contacted them but as its over 30 days not interested in the fact it's faulty it's a point blank "nothing we can do" Yet others have clearly had different outcomes.

I placed an order last night, no confirmation email nothing, have sent a message through Facebook and an email, appreciate opening hours are mon-fri 8-5 but someone was on Facebook half an hour ago promoting another item, surely good customer service would be to check messages while on there

Edited to add, the message will be from Elaine Wilson, just realised I am.on my dad's trust pilot so the name won't match

Missing Pieces of Brick Block Set

I had mislaid some pieces from a construction set I was building. I asked the company how I could purchase the missing pieces?
They actually posted them to me free of charge, which I thought was excellent and really appreciated.

Would give 0 stars if I could, AVOID!

Last December I ordered an England gnome for a Christmas present. Said 3-4 days delivery… tracking didn’t move for weeks and by January after numerous emails I finally had my gnome turn up… but it wasn’t an England gnome it was a man United one. Sent them pics and emails never got a response! Only now almost a year later they’ve tried to get info of my order to try and take down my bad review. Luckily I kept all details so my review stayed. But here’s another one! DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Fantastic experience.

I can’t believe the fantastic service I have received. I emailed on Sunday evening regarding some missing pieces from a model recently purchased and received a response early on the Monday morning from George asking for some clarification. By Wednesday the parts had been sourced from the warehouse and were dispatched to me the same day. George was absolutely great in keeping me updated with the missing parts arriving today, Friday.
There are a lot of companies out there that could take a leaf out of Foco’s book regarding customer service.

Thank you very much for all your help.

Very helpful staff

I had an issue with an order (was my fault, I ordered the wrong item!!) And their team were amazing! Helped me with my new order and couldn't have been better. Will 100% be back for my Christmas shopping!

Fantastic Service and Great Products

Fantastic range of products. Ordered some presents for my Dad’s birthday and wasn’t disappointed. All arrived safely and well packaged. They were here within days of ordering. Will definitely order again in the future and recommend to family and friends. Was worried as didn’t read other reviews until after I’d ordered but no complaints here.

DONT SHOP HERE

Would give no stars if I could I was a returning customer bought a few times over the past couple of years never had an issue but this time round has made me choose to no longer spend my money with them ordered 2 weeks ago and nothing I email 4 times 1 time to the media team since the customer service team is nonexistent and nothing its only after I disputed the charge with the bank since I didn't receive what I paid for and oh look foco now replys not to my 1st 2nd or 3rd email but to my 4th and last email yet they go through the emails in order supposedly and the email back tells me if I reply basically to not expect a response back which just shows how nonexistent the customer service is DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! Go to there competitors or buy on the secondary market like ebay yes you may spend more but it won't always be by much plus you'll get your items I've had things arrive from Germany the U.S and Canada in the time its taken to get 1 response from foco and I ordered everything at the same time as this foco order oh and update foco finally got back to my emails 1 week after I sent the first 1 the whole customer service team is U.S based they have no uk based customer service which is awful no uk based anything but have foco uk site so they should a uk based team but nope if I was you gut go to fanatics or anywhere that's not foco because its a joke infact I could order the same stuff from foco though amazon and I could have my stuff within 4 days unlike 2 weeks later like right now where I'm now waiting for a refund had to start a dispute with my bank as I nolonger trust this company 1 bad experience has lost them returning customer

This company took 5 days before…

This company took 5 days before despatching a small item which then put the parcel in the midst of the Royal Mail strikes allowing it to be caught up in a backlog which took 3 weeks to arrive from date of ordering. Started a claim through PayPal and said waiting for the company’s response 🤣🤣🤣 The item turned up without the tracking updating a couple of days before Christmas. Nothing on website to say a delay in despatching item. No response to my email enquiry about delivery. I have purchased from the company in the past before this purchase however I will never shop with them again. Disgusting service. Seems not just me from reading the other reviews mainly the same problem

Fantastic Customer Service

Couldn't stress enough just how good the customer service from Foco was. I pre-ordered a stadium Lego build and unfortunately due to a fault on my end I forget to add my street number so the item was returned to the sender. Emailed Foco who said they would update my address and alert the warehouse to send this out once it had been returned to them. A week or so passed by and there was still no update so I Emailed again and was told it was still in transit with Royal Mail and was taking longer than expected and if there was still no update after a week to get into contact again. A week passed with no further update so I contacted again, the item I wanted was now out of stock so I had 2 options, refund or have it sent out again when the new pre-orders were in. I opted for option 2. It was completely my own fault for the item not arriving originally and Foco was outstanding with their customer service and helping to get to a resolution that benefitted us both. Couldn't recommend them enough.

AVOID!!!

AVOID! Absolutely shocking service! Returned incorrectly sized Sliders, after speaking with customer services about an exchange. I was sent a returns/exchange form which I completed and returned along with the item. Item was refunded instead of an exchange. After days and days of back and forth with customer services who constantly LIED that the item was “out of stock” despite me checking online before returning and after. FOCO insisted that I needed to reorder which meant losing my first order discount and charging me another FOUR POUND, NINETY FIVE delivery! No thanks
I will NEVER use FOCO again, neither will anyone that I know! I shall make sure everyone I know avoids this company

Great customer service

I received a Philadelphia Eagles block helmet and enjoyed putting it together. As I reached the end, I realised there was a piece missing and contacted FOCU to resolve. They responded very quickly, were apologetic and sent the missing piece out straight away. Great customer service and great product
