Do not buy from FOCO

Ordered 3 bobbleheads from them and 2 of them were made defective. Spent a lot of money on these collectibles and it’s obviously shows the company cares more about profit and quantity vs quality as simple mistakes were made and one of my bobbleheads I can’t even use due to the fact the post that attaches it to base isn’t even long enough and their only resolution is offering a small discount which in my opinion isn’t worth it. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague.

BUYER BEWARE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING IN EVERY ASPECT!!!
I ordered team overalls to wear for the home opener. Paid extra for the 2-3 business day delivery. Ordered on a Tuesday and should have arrived on Friday. Did not receive my order until Monday! When I emailed them, asking for the extra $19.95 shipping fee to be refunded, I received a generic response as to how large of an email volume they were undergoing and to wait for further response. When they did email me back it was to say that their records showed that my order was delivered within the time allotted. IT WAS NOT! I emailed them back stating, again, that I expected to be refunded the shipping cost. We will see what happens. I will never order from this company again nor will I ever recommend this company!

Josh Allen bobblehead

I ordered a Josh Allen bobblehead. It arrived damaged. Lately all of these bobbleheads have had a problem with them. Customer service would not replace it because they stated no more in stock. Only offered %25 off . Item is useless, unable to display because the head keeps falling off. Very disappointed in the quality of goods and the customer service.

Julie responded promptly within 24 hours of sending my email, which I sincerely appreciate. The problem was with Amazon; they lost my item before it ever reached UPS. So, there wasn’t anything else Julie could have done. I appreciate the help I received and I’m looking forward to giving my wife her FOCO gift when the second one arrives next week. Next time, I will order directly from FOCO. Thank you.

Stuck with my merch...

I ordered a bathing suit bottom using the size chart provided and reading the description on the page to make sure it was returnable and it said it was. Well, it turns out the item does not fit me and all I did was try it on, over my underwear like a normal person (because otherwise gross, lol) and they wont let me return it and its too small....

Recently rented a 7 seat car at the…

Recently rented a 7 seat car at the airport, paid in full and advanced , they canceled my reservation, charged me double the price for a new one.
The car was damaged dirty and uncomfortable.
They overcharge me for insurance and tried to overcharge me for extra gas , good thing I took pictures. Horrible experience, and customer service is 0.

Help that was over and above

I have purchased a mascot and a stadium for my university. They are so cool to display! However, the real measure of a company is how they treat their customers. I had a mishap with my mascot and FOCO went out of their way to help me. It was even more impressive because my mascot had been discontinued (I bought it years ago). They were going to get me a whole head assembly, but it was too long ago, and the assembly was not available. FOCO scoured the warehouse and sent me individual bricks for the repair! I mean, what company does that? I can't sing their praises enough! What great service! Thank you, FOCO!!!!

Julie Fixed it Fast!

I ordered two of the same nutcracker but one was missing. I emailed FOCO with my receipts and Julie fixed it that very day!

Very happy with her rapid response, nobody has ever seen anything like it.

Sou cliente a mais 10 anos da foco, meu nome é cleomar vitor dias, minha última experiência foi a pior de todas, aluguel um carro na foco de Fortaleza, do dia 06/07 a 2 5/07 de 2025 categoria compacto F, funcionários do balcão excelente educação, o restante deixou a desejar, começando pelo carro, pior carro que aluguel, frente baixa, arrastava até na saída do hotel no centro de Fortaleza. Fortaleza cheio de quebra mola até de lado arrastava, tive dificuldade em navegar com carro, funcionários salvo do balcão, mal educados, não prestativos, falta de informação, atenção com idosos, despreparados, minha mãe de 81 anos, isso aconteceu só na recepção do carro, na entrega do carro foi tranquilo outros funcionários .

I ordered a bag March 18 It now almost August

I ordered a bag March 18. I have yet to get my bag. I also paid for expedited delivery because it didn’t say pre-order until they got my extra money for the shipping… when I first started ordering from them, you got your things that was quick. You could get them on the phone correspond with them now you cannot get them on the phone, but maybe 20% of the time the emails are automated and they take forever to send your items as if they make one put it on the site collect the money and then go and have them made. It’s tacky and very unprofessional and once I get my bag, I will not order anything else from you guys!

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF A PREORDER??

I went on FOCO to pre-order 2 FOCO cowboy hats on May 20th. No response and no update from the company about where I am in the process of receiving the pre-order. I reached out to their customer service and the auto-bot responded that I wont receive my pre-order until AUGUST 22nd! What in the world??? What kind of sense does that make? I just had a FOCO ad in my feed stating quick order and quick delivery of FOCO cowboy hats. WHAT??? Then what the heck is the use of a pre-order?? I tried to ask that question with customer service, their robo-response, your preorder will be available August 22nd. I usually LOVE Foco product and I am definitely a frequent customer without problem but, based on this purchase, I have lost all confidence with the presale BS and the customer service bot they have working for their company. SO SAD and DISAPPOINTED.

Refusing to exchange or refund because their measurements are wrong

Julie in customer service refused to process an exchange or refund for a product that does not fit per the supposed measurements they claim on the website. I know what size I wear and the measurements on their website does not measure accurately. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and leaving negative feedback all over social media for deceiving customers and not willing to make it right.

I asked a question about an order I place and they took it upon themselves to go ahead and cancel the order. I did not ask for the order to be cancelled. Now I lost out on the discount code I used. This was my first order and it will be my last
