FOLD Reformer Avis 

I love my Fold Reformer. It is high quality design, smooth flowing and easy to use. From set up to set down every detail has been consider. The compact folded machine is simple to move around and with the easi-Fold system couldn’t be easier to pack up and set up. The carriage is super smooth, the ropes a delight and the springs fantastic. I will definitely be recommending Fold to anyone I talk to and when I come to owning my own studio space Fold will be my first call for my equipmnent.

Fold Customer Service has been faultless throughout my experience as well. They can definitely teach a course on how to do customer service well.

I am absolutely delighted with my Original FÔLD Reformer with Easi‑Fold. The quality is outstanding, sturdy, smooth, and clearly built with real care. The folding mechanism is genuinely clever and makes it easy to store without any fuss. It’s been a brilliant addition to my home routine and has made Pilates feel more accessible and enjoyable.
The packaging of the machine was fab and the welcome video was brilliant, so helpful during the initial set up.
The additional box, extras and 12 month access to the app is also invaluable.

This is an incredible piece of kit. It took me about 30 mins to set it up by myself and it’s easy enough to manoeuvre when folded using the wheels. The easy fold springs make this a cinch to unfold and pack away too. When in use, I was concerned I’d be aware of the fold joint but the carriage glides so smoothly without even a hint of a joint. I’m absolutely in love with my new reformer and won’t stop telling everyone how incredible it is! The fact it also came with all the accessories and a year’s free subscription is the icing on the cake and there are so many classes that I’m sure I’ll be challenged for good while yet.

I would love to be able to write a positive review but am unable as after over three months of waiting, my reformer has still not arrived. I ordered it at the end of March and it was supposedly handed over to the courier at the beginning of April. I have had no updates from the shipping company and the FOLD customer service team seem to have no idea where my reformer is now. For such an expensive item it’s completely unacceptable. I would caution anyone considering purchasing through this brand.

This bit of kit is life changing. I have never felt so strong and been so motivated to continue the journey. I have horses, had a nasty accident and knew I needed to strengthen up before getting back on. I went to a studio 3x a week for 3 months and it was costing me a small fortune. I also realised that once I was riding again time would not be on my side. I have now had my FOLD reformer a few months and use it almost daily. My husband has also fallen in love with reformer (Slightly annoying as i keep finding him on it when I get home!). its a proper machine, feels studio quality. Introduced a neighbour to it and she has also purchased one. If you are on the fence just do it, you wont regret it.

I’m absolutely delighted with my reformer. The customer service has been fantastic from start to finish, and the reformer itself is beautifully made. The colour is stunning, the quality is excellent, and it feels incredibly sturdy and well‑designed. Assembly was much easier than expected — their video guide walked me through every step, and with that, it all came together smoothly.
The FOLD app has also been a brilliant addition, with loads of workout videos to follow, making it really easy to get started.
The only downside was the delivery team refusing to take the box one flight up to my first floor, which contradicts what the website states. It’s something the company should definitely address with their delivery partner. It wasn’t a major issue for me personally, as I opened everything downstairs and carried it up in parts, but it’s worth noting.
Overall, despite that small hiccup, I highly recommend this product. It’s a beautiful, high‑quality reformer and a great experience all round.

I purchased my reformer 5 days ago and have been been happy with my experience thus far.

I dealt with Paris and she was nothing but exceptional, she helped me with all my needs, I read the reviews with the lead times and was reassured by Paris that the company have stock of colour ways now. The app is also amazing, I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything from attending studios classes. 10/10 couldn’t recommend FOLD enough

I ordered my reformer in April, it's July and I still have not received anything.

My reformer was initially estimated for delivery in May, but now it's in July. Paris emailed me once and gave me some extra months of Reformer app classes, but now these months are also passing, as I don't even have the reformer, which is a bit ironic.

I only received empty emails (no subject, no text, nothing) from a crappy delivery company I never heard of in the Netherlands, although I am located in Switzerland.

Very frustrating, and I am seriously considering requesting a cancellation and refund and ordering a reformer elsewhere instead.

I can’t rate FOLD more highly. Firstly I was nervous about ordering and the leadtime based on some of the reviews on here but mine arrived inside two weeks which I was surprised and delighted with!

Secondly the product is beautiful really feels like a studio reformer - probably better than some! All the add ons come with the bed as expected and the videos on how to set your bed up are brilliant.
Thirdly the classes on the platform are great - instructors are good and their no walk in the park! They challenge you!

Finally the customer service is fantastic- i was missing a screw from my jump board but a replacement was sent out and arrived within 48hrs.

If you’re debating if it’s worth the money in my opinion it definately is!

Honestly the best reformer I’ve ever had. It’s a 20 out of 10.
It’s so well made and so easy to build, although not much building involved as it comes pretty much together. Again the video of how to assemble and fold is brilliant and makes life so easy for you.
Everything is so well thought out as far as this reformer goes.
I’ve pre ordered the tower to go with it and I just know it’s going to be so worth the wait
Delivery was so so fast I was definitely impressed by that.
I honestly could go on and on about this as it truly is amazing
Another exciting thing is it came with a 12 month free membership to the fold app, again amazing, especially for those needing planned workouts.
So if you are looking to buy a reformer look no further as you will not be disappointed.

Great bit of kit at a good price!!!. As a Pilates instructor I wanted an at home machine to plan my sessions, but had limited space. Having only used other brands in the studio I took a chance on the FOLD Reformer and am very satisfied with my purchase. It is easy to set up, looks great and the quality of the product is spot on. Allows me to do everything I need to. Excited for the Tower to arrive in September.

Shocking customer service!

Had my FOLD reformer for two weeks it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made thoroughly enjoying having the ease of it at home ease of use folds away. You can hardly see it in the room the classes are fab as well. All of the instructors are brilliant.. One of the best purchases I’ve made for a long time well done FOLD keep it going.

The Fold Reformer is a great product. It’s sturdy, comfortable to use, and while it’s foldable, the design is attractive enough that it doesn’t feel like something that needs to be hidden away when not in use. I also really appreciated the starter bundle that was included.

I did encounter some issues with the delivery service not matching what was promised on the website. I also felt the customer service experience could have been smoother, as I had to spend some time chasing for updates and a resolution. As this is very much a luxury product, I think it’s reasonable to expect a high standard of customer care to match, and in this instance that wasn’t quite reflected in my experience. That said, the company did ultimately resolve the issue in a satisfactory way, which I appreciated.

The Fold app is another area where I feel there is room for improvement. For a £9.99 monthly subscription, I would expect more frequent content uploads and a more user-friendly experience, including better filtering options to help find suitable workouts. Unfortunately, I actually preferred the earlier version of the app. Since being updated, it feels more bare-bones and less intuitive to use.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. Despite the issues along the way, I’m pleased I chose this reformer and would happily recommend it based on the quality of the product itself.

So far very disappointed with the delivery information and schedule. I ordered my reformer on April 28th and I'm now being told it will arrive sometime between 5th to 25th of June. Which is effectively the same timeline if I ordered today (if you trust the website). I keep getting conflicting updates, as well as requests to review my reformer! I paid extra as I felt like I could count on a UK company. But in hindsight it might be better off to buy direct from China, same wait times but half the price. Still hoping it arrives soon, will update my review on quality when it does.

Update 24.07.26 well my reformer finally arrived after 3 months. The process was very frustrating- I think it is different if you are UK mainland. But the reformer is very high quality, looks and works gorgeous. Been on it every day since. Hopefully they can sort out the logistics issues for future customers

I couldn't be happier with my FOLD reformer and the amazing app that goes with it. I have been attending studio classes for 2 years and although I really enjoy the studio experience, I have always struggled to fit as many classes as I'd like around my busy schedule.. so having the convenience of a reformer at home has been life changing for me.. I went from 1-2 classes a week (if I'm lucky) to working out daily. The bed itself is beautifully crafted (much sturdier, and smoother than the beds I've used in studios). It's easy to set up and use and came with everything I needed (and more). The classes on the app are great - better than I had imagined. I love the variety of classes and also the progressions / ability options available in each class. Worth every penny!

I knew I loved these FOLD beds from when I tried them out in a new studio near me. I was smitten with the design, how comfy they were on your shoulders and the functionalities. I decided to go for it and order one for home, was a little nervous about set up but seriously, the set up video was incredible and easy to follow (I did it by myself!) The delivery team took the packaging away, no drama! It looks amazing, feels amazing and couldn’t actually be happier! It’s so refreshing to buy something like this online and be pleased by every aspect of the delivery and instructions. Well done guys, what you’ve got is a great product!
