FOLD Reformer Avis 

We are delighted with our new Fold reformer. It’s exceptionally well made and looks beautiful. I can confirm that it’s a piece of cake to fold and that despite being a folder it’s as solid as a rock. I was worried that it wouldn’t be on a par with ones used in classes - it’s every bit as strong and actually smoother. We really like the app and guided practice, I have found that even a 15 min stretch and recover at lunchtime on a WFH day makes a huge difference. I will also purchase the Tower, and overall extremely impressed. 5 star review.

I am absolutely delighted with my FOLD reformer. The quality is studio standard, sturdy, smooth and beautifully designed. One of the best extras is the App with 12 months free classes which are easy to follow. I highly recommend FOLD to anyone looking for a high-quality home reformer.

Fabulous piece of kit. Beautifully made and aesthetically pleasing to look at. This folding reformer has transformed my pilates workouts. Whisper quiet carriage movement, and the accompanying APP is great for workouts of varying levels of challenge.

A note on aftersales. There was a problem (slight damage) with the first reformer received. Exchanged for a new one with super-quick efficiency. Paris, their Operations & Customer Experience Manager is a gem.

Great product. Having been going to reformer classes the investment to buy a reformer was a big spend. I now know doing the research and reading reviews to buying a Fold reformer was the best choice. From ordering to delivery and setting up a very easy process. The Fold app is brilliant. Instructors are all great too. A good variety of classes for all levels. Very happy indeed with my purchase. Well recommend the Fold Reformer.

Absolutely love my reformer.
There are a few negative reviews about the delivery, however the communication I received was excellent and although I waited 4 weeks I was advised on the progress every step of the way.
The tutorial I followed to unpackage and put the reformer together was one of the best I have ever followed, really first class.
Most importantly, the product is exceptional quality and looks so lovely as well as ticking all the practical boxes!

My fold reformer is a fantastic investment I love the fact I can just do a quick work out before work and I'm not having to fit in with class schedules. The actual machine and accessories are a great standard I think better than I imagined. I leave the machine out and just put it away at weekends. Folding away is easy and the video really helps you get the hang of this. The one thing I would say is the customer service is fabulous - quick responses when I needed straps. The fold app could do with more variety but hopefully this is something they will work on.

I've waited an additional month for my reformer to be delivered, today was delivery day....and it hasn't been delivered. There has been no communication to say it was going to be delayed today, I had a 2 hour window from 11.40am - 1.40pm. The links on the website do not give a live update and after 50 mins on hold there was only a chat bot to speak to! I have received a text at 5.35pm to say it is being delivered on 29/4!!
No apology, no option to reschedule to a convenient time and i have absolutely no confidence that it will turn up.
Update today - fold advised that I could choose a convenient time slot, but when I asked how they’d be compensating me for wasted time and a month delay they’ve not replied. The delivery company has now sent a time slot that I’m not going to be able to be available for. Also the delivery is not trackable as it’s been passed to DX and not the advertised delivery company.

I ordered the Fold Reformer in February and it arrived toward the end of March, exactly within the timeframe they mentioned. Putting it together was uncomplicated, and the machine feels sturdy and moves very smoothly. I really enjoy using it for my home workouts.

I’ve also been following the sessions in the Fold app. Emma’s classes are clear, structured, and easy to follow, which made it simple to build a routine.
Customer service responded quickly when I had a question about the delivery.

I can genuinely recommend this reformer for anyone wanting a solid option for home training :)

I bought a Fold reformer as it's the brand that the Studio I attend uses so it's tried and tested. There are some good upgrades on this design too. I use it everyday and can't recommend it enough!

I found Fold through Instagram and purchased one of the preloved foldable reformers, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the quality and condition of the bed! It’s stunning, easy to fold away, and also incredibly sturdy. Customer service has also been excellent. I picked up the reformer from the London office and the whole team gave me a warm welcome and helped me load the bed into my car. Paul and the team have been so responsive and have gone above and beyond to ensure that I was also able to get the additional accessories that I needed sent straight out to me at home. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Fold. The team went above and beyond to help me arrange a quick collection of my reformer from their London office, and everyone I met on the day of collection was friendly and really helpful.

Paul, who I communicated with over email, was very responsive and answered all my questions clearly and quickly.

I recently purchased a foldable reformer bed and couldn’t be happier with my experience!

The quality of the reformer bed is outstanding, it feels incredibly sturdy and well-built. The Easi-Fold design makes it so simple to use and makes storing the reformer away genuinely effortless.

Big shout out to Paris from customer service, she was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to all my queries and made the whole process feel really easy :)

Another big plus is the variety available on the app, there’s a mix of classes, reformer, mat Pilates and barre classes!!

Would really recommend FOLD Reformer to anyone looking for at home reformer classes.

I placed an order for a reformer on February 16th and at the time the website was showing a delivery date of the 28th of February. I decided to make the investment as I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and was finding it difficult to keep up at my reformer studio. I cancelled my class membership for 28 February given that my new reformer was expected to arrive. However, when the 28th February approached, I had not received a dispatch notice so I followed up for an update (this was not proactively given by Fold). I was then informed that the colour I had ordered (Chocolate/Red Oak) was delayed and it would be back in stock/ delivered between 11-21st March. Once again, 11 March came and went and no update from Fold on my order so I followed up and was told by a customer service advisor that the delivery timeframes were actually 6 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF ORDER not 2 weeks as stated on the website and my reformer would not be coming until April. I queried why I had been told that the delivery date was 11-21 March then was reassured that it would arrive in their warehouse on 16 March. Fast forward to today (17 March) and surprise surprise there are further delays and now it won't arrive until 30 March and delivery will be arranged thereafter. I have no doubt that on 30 March, it will be pushed back again as the company seems all over the place. Fold are clearly drop shipping their reformers based on order quantities and don't have any control over their shipping provider. By the time it's going to arrive, my baby will be here and I won't be able to use the reformer which defeats the whole point in ordering it in the first place.

If you are like me and paying a premium for a Fold Reformer due to the "Fast delivery", I wouldn't bother.
I should have done myself a favour and ordered a much cheaper brand that would have likely come by now. I can't comment on the quality (which everyone seems to be positive about) but if you are expecting to receive your reformer within a few weeks like me - BEWARE. The delivery date will continuously be pushed back and customer service never give you an accurate date - they just tell you what you want to hear so you don't cancel your order and go elsewhere.

UPDATE FOLLOWING FOLDS RESPONSE:

I took screenshots of my laptop screen at the time of the first delay of the reformer and at no point did the website ever have a lead time longer than 2 weeks (so this response is factually incorrect). I am liaising with Trustpilot to upload these screenshots (so other reviewers can see that this was not transparent on the website) along with my follow up emails nothing that the only time Fold was proactive in telling me about the delays was when I mentioned that I would be leaving a review about my experience. I had to follow up for an update on 3 other occasions.

If you check reviews from August you will see that this has been a recurring problem for the Company.

Given the lack of accountability with this reply (implying that I had misread the shipping timeframes when I have screenshots to prove otherwise), I will be cancelling my order as there is nothing worse than a company that does not accept full responsibility for their misleading website or their mistakes. Do better with your customer service.

I was informed accurately. They always answered me if I had a question . The Fold refer turned up on the day it was due and the machine is a really good quality . Three members of my family regularly use this including my disabled daughter which make it so easy to adjust the exercise activities to suit each person . This is an excellent life investment . I bought the socks as well. — really good quality 👌

Honestly, this Fold Reformer has completely changed my life. As a mum who works from home, finding time to exercise is always a challenge, and getting to a studio regularly just isn’t realistic. Being able to do reformer workouts at home, whenever I have a spare 20–30 minutes, has been a game changer.

Reformer is the only type of workout I’ve ever truly stuck with. It’s low impact, which is perfect for me as I suffer with hypermobility, and it allows me to build strength without putting stress on my joints. Having my own reformer at home means I can stay consistent in a way that just wasn’t possible before.

The quality of the reformer bed itself is excellent. It feels sturdy, well-made and very professional for a home setup. It arrived within about 4 weeks and was exactly what I hoped it would be.

The Fold app is also brilliant. It’s really easy to use and there are loads of great workouts to follow, whether you want something quick or a longer session.

It honestly feels like having a studio experience at home. If you’re busy, short on time, or just want the flexibility to work out when it suits you, I couldn’t recommend it more. Such a worthwhile investment.

I recently received my reformer from Fold, the quality is excellent. Delivery has been excellent too and I was kept informed at every stage. Any queries I have had have been answered efficiently and promptly.
