Follow the Camino Avis 

Luggage transfers were great. Accommodation was great. Just need to update your maps. We used Camino Ninja in the end and it was more helpful. Thank for for giving us a wonderful lifetime memory.

It just all flowed lovely. From accommodation to the food to the walking. Absolutely lovely 6 days. I would highly recommend booking your walking trip with Follow the Camino.

Everything went smoothly with accommodation bookings and luggage transfer.

The trip was very well planned, the break up of 2 legs into parts was great and afforded the opportunity to ri se out and dry some clothes. Several hotels on the Camino Ingles were standouts

A Pointe Sigueiro- was surprisingly nice— just looking at it you wouldn’t think so, but the staff are wonderful the food great and the rooms pleasant
The a quinta de Auga in Santiago was a wonderful way to complete the trip. Hotel staff great and accommodating rooms luxurious and wish I had extended my stay at this 5 star place

We completed our first Camino with Follow The Camino. We were very well prepared and supported with lots of useful information, video chats, and great communication throughout. They responded in a timely manner to our inquiries.
Our accommodations were very very good.
The app worked great.
There was a 24/7 emergency line we did not need to use.,

Following the airport chaos when the radar system crashed our flight was cancelled and 3 nights of our accommodation and 3 days of luggage transfer cancelled. I was led to believe that there could be a saving as we gave notice. But as yet we have not received any reibusment.

We found the arrangements of our itinerary and communications well organized. Accommodation was good and breakfast and dinner arrangement well received. In general Jade's service was also excellent.

Everything went to plan. We had no issues with the bag collection service or hotels. It was the perfect holiday.

I think everything went very smoothly. The places we stayed were as expected, the luggage transfer was perfect. when our friends did not put their luggage out, we were called to confirm. Very responsible.
I wonder how you calculate the distances between towns. Our walk was always a bit longer even to the edge of towns. The hotel in Los Arcos was a bit shabby & the front office person was never there. There may not be a lot of choices in Los Arcos though.

Eva was great and working with us to set up our itinerary to the days we wanted and the places we wanted. The accommodations were wonderful. The breakfast were great. The only problem we had was following the maps we were e-biking and so the directions really weren’t for biking. We ended up using Google Maps for most of our biking days. It would be nice if there were more directions for biking and walking we loved Portugal. We love the coast. Thanks for all your help and support.

The hotels they selected were great. The small ones were run by their owners who really took great care of every guest. Having my luggage picked up was perfect. Best of all was the helpline. I needed help with a hotel that lost my booking, when I gave them the girl on the helpline. I went from being someone else's problem, to them driving me to a 5 star hotel and picking me up in the morning, all at no cost to me. I don't know if she sweet talked him or threaten him but I was then on treated like a king.

Second trip I booked with Follow the Camino. My itinerary and accommodations went off without a hitch. Luggage transfer was wonderful.

Follow the Camino organisation were very helpful beforehand and all their arrangements went according to plan. Only one accommodation was very substandard Casina de Campo in Ferrerios, other than that every aspect of the arrangements were excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Follow the Camino.

It was a relief that everything was taken care of for us from soup to nuts and all the accommodations were top-notch. We didn’t have a glitch at all. It was seamless absolutely worth having them. Take care of all your accommodations and travel needs. We had a fabulous time.

All good will use again

This is a fantastic company to do the Camino with!! I booked it earlier in the year and included luggage transfer and everything was a breeze. The only problem I had was my side of things where I couldn’t transfer the funds over to pay and had to raise a payment order through my bank which is Santander. Anyways, they were so helpful, sent so many emails about what to bring, what to wear, there were maps and topography graphs so you could see the layout of the walk the next day. They gave out all information well in advanced for the accommodations, some of which will WhatsApp message you a day or two before you arrive to welcome you and recommend some nearby places, food and drinks, churches etc. The response from the team themselves was amazing, I’d usually get a response the same day if not the following morning so that was really nice. They were lovely to talk to on the phone as well! The welcome back is really helpful too which contained my pilgrim passport. I was a little nervous at first as this was a solo trip, but once you are out there, everything will be taken care of and the people are so friendly and helpful out there. Would highly recommend 5/5
