Follow the Camino Avis 

It was a relief that everything was taken care of for us from soup to nuts and all the accommodations were top-notch. We didn’t have a glitch at all. It was seamless absolutely worth having them. Take care of all your accommodations and travel needs. We had a fabulous time.

All good will use again

This is a fantastic company to do the Camino with!! I booked it earlier in the year and included luggage transfer and everything was a breeze. The only problem I had was my side of things where I couldn’t transfer the funds over to pay and had to raise a payment order through my bank which is Santander. Anyways, they were so helpful, sent so many emails about what to bring, what to wear, there were maps and topography graphs so you could see the layout of the walk the next day. They gave out all information well in advanced for the accommodations, some of which will WhatsApp message you a day or two before you arrive to welcome you and recommend some nearby places, food and drinks, churches etc. The response from the team themselves was amazing, I’d usually get a response the same day if not the following morning so that was really nice. They were lovely to talk to on the phone as well! The welcome back is really helpful too which contained my pilgrim passport. I was a little nervous at first as this was a solo trip, but once you are out there, everything will be taken care of and the people are so friendly and helpful out there. Would highly recommend 5/5

Follow the Camino did an excellent job organizing our trip. They booked great hotels for our walk with each location unique, clean, safe, and very hospitable. FtC also handled our luggage transfer and every day the luggage was waiting on us at the hotel. My biggest compliment goes to the FtC mobile app. It was easy to follow, accurate, and allowed us to really enjoy the walk. Most of the time the trail itself was well marked but when we did need to pull out the cell and check the app, it was nice to have a reliable tool. Thank you FtC for all the pre-trip communication and helping to make our experience truly memorable.

Reliable luggage transport and very nice hotel selections- great communication and guidance from pre-trip through the destination.

Lovely accommodation, reliable bag transfer & accessiblity to customers where wrinkles needed ironing out

Everything went well with the exception of;
Taxis to and from airport did not show but we have since been refunded.
Difficult to find somewhere to eat in Lebruge as no restaurants open.
Good points
Delayed bag delivery was sorted very quickly when we rang emergency number.
All accommodation was good and friendly. Hotel food good when we availed of it.
We would definitely recommend Follow the camino.

Excellent organisation

Accommodations were all good that made our camino walk experience very good and unforgettable.

I've travelled on Camino trips since 2019 with Follow The Camino. I have always found them to be very professional, with my accommodation arrangements and luggage transfer always taken well care of and all necessary information provided in a timely manner. I highly recommend Follow The Camino for quality accommodation and peace of mind while you walk the Camino.

We had a great experience with Follow the Camino. Eva and her team were very responsive to our email clarifications and requests. Hotels are all very good except that there were hotels that are very far from the town/church. It was difficult because we had to stay in the town or restaurant to rest a bit and wait for the pilgrims mass before heading to our hotel.

I did the Primitivo solo. It was very important for me to have some form of support. Follow the Camino has a dedicated 24 hour help line that is always promptly answered. In my case, I had some health issues and needed help. The customer service clearly understood my needs, spoke my language and were very efficient in finding solutions for me and more, they implemented the solutions in record time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience despite some very long days!

We had a good experience with Follow the Camino, most of the accommodation was of a good quality and all had twin beds as we requested. Our luggage was always waiting for us at the end of our walk which was great and not guaranteed. We were a little disappointed with some of the meals that we had paid for, a couple of them were sub par and not worth what we paid although some were exceptional so they made up for it. I would recommend but please look closely at your accommodation reviews to save disappointment.

The hotels and luggage were brilliant.
The places and scenery were stunning. Everyone we encountered was warm and friendly.
If l was going to do that walk again l would study the walking notes and put a lot of effort into planning this aspect .
Camino is poorly signed and we got lost twice. We met other walkers whom this also happened to.
Having said that , overall the experience was great and I’ll be back for another Camino next year.

Safety of luggage

Great Camino. 05/09/2026. The accommodation was great and we found the bags waiting for us at the hotel every time. The transfers to and from the airport were also handled very well.
