It was such a great experience to travel with follow the camino. Everything from transport, information and hotells. We had an amazing time and would love to do it again. Highly recomended.

We did the Via Francigena from San Miniato to Siena from 12th June. While the route was scenic, there was no place to stop on the way, to get something to eat or a coffee. Bag transfers were good, however hotels were a little out of town, requiring extra walking or transfers.

They made a dream come true, 4 of the accommodation's were out of this world , and the remainder were great, FTC listened to what i wanted and crafted my first Camino, the kilometers were just right. many thanks

Follow the Camino did a great job. All of our hotels were clean, comfortable and in good locations. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Some accommodation not up to standard. We had a triple room in Villa Della Certosa Terme where I slept on what seemed like a child’s day bed. … not very comfortable. There was also 2 small bottles of water left between 3 of us. The young staff there very nice but older manager quite rude.

The company was very supportive & responsive. It was also very proactive, demonstrating their experience & expertise in this business

We booked early but had to make a change to shorten one day which they had us walking 23 miles. We also added a rest day. Because of these changes we ended up with two hotels 30 kms from the trail and loss of most dinners. For what was paid this loss of dinners and extra shuttling back and forth was not worth the price but we were committed.

The first all was amazing . The pick ups were great with one little glitched that was fixed straight away . The accomodation was lovely and though would have loved one with a bath at some stage the jacuzzi was a treat needed .Food , highlights near by , people all great.

I have used Follow the Camino for all three of my trips and they have exceeded my expectations each time. With the ease of planning the trip, the accommodations, and everything involved to help with my requests on extra days, booking transportation and tours, they have been there for me. I especially want to recognize Clara Rivas who helped with my most recent trip in dealing with all my requests, offering advice, and especially the help in retrieving a laptop left behind during the trip. Everyone has been the most helpful and I would highly recommend to anyone in using Follow the Camino for their Camino experience.

From the beginning, the planning process was straightforward and communication was excellent. All of our hotel reservations, luggage transfers, and route information were arranged professionally, allowing us to focus on enjoying the walk rather than worrying about logistics.

The luggage transfers were flawless. Our bags were always waiting for us at the next accommodation, which made the journey much more enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable and quiet, something I particularly appreciated. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was included.

The signs were clear and easy to follow. We also appreciated the flexibility. We were able to walk at our own pace, stop when we wished, and experience the Camino in a way that suited us, while still having the reassurance that all of the arrangements had been taken care of.

Overall, Follow the Camino provided a well-organized, reliable, and enjoyable experience. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a self-guided Camino adventure.

From the initial inquiry to the last hotel, Follow the Camino was reliable. We had great customer service during the planning stages. We walked from Porto/Matosinhos to Santiago. All the hotels were very good, clean properties. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The transfer service was dependable. We had no issues with our luggage. The glitch came with the dinners that came with the hotel or a restaurant associated with the hotel. Most were not very good. Some were very bad.

A fabulous experience with Follow the Camino! From our first Q&A enquiry about the Camino, through the booking process, the pre-departure preparations and guidance, and onto the seamless experience on "The Way" with the virtual trail map, hotel arrangements, transportation, and luggage transfers, we look forward to our next bookings to walk further segments of the Camino. Our route was Oia, Spain to Santiago.

I’ve booked two Camino hikes (Frances-Sarria and Portuguese Litoral) with the folks at Follow the Camino. Both trip itineraries were very well planned, with price-appropriate accommodations, meals and reliable luggage transfer. Whenever we had questions or modifications, the team responded within a day. They gave us the option to speak with one of the booking agents directly even with the US Pacific- UK time zone differences. I look forward to booking with them again.

The accomodation was very good in general. Our bags were always at the next stop. The meals were adequate with one or two exceptions. The exceptions were off site. Our preference would be to have our meals everyday in our accomodation.
It's my opinion that the walk would not be suitable for all levels of ability.
