I will think twice about using Fonfix…

I will think twice about using Fonfix again. The phone has now been through multiple stages — repair, return, re-submission, and an all-too-quick reassessment — yet the original issue (the back repair) remains unresolved. I was also incorrectly informed during the re-assessment that the phone was “dead”, which has since proven not to be the case. This situation has caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience, and the repair that was initially required has still not been properly completed.
I am now requesting another repair to be done but have not heard anything back despite the above.

Avoid at all costs

No way of contacting. Phone number and email dont work. They have my phone 4 days longer than agreed time. They've increased price by 350 euro without any contact. Avoid at all costs. Illegal operatings and breaking consumer laws without a care.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Left a watch in for repair 3 weeks ago and haven't received an update since. Unable to contact Fonfix through the chat function as it only generates an automated email. No reply from 3 emails to customer services. Went through the Vodafone shop where I had left the watch and they said that they cant help. Essentially no contact, no update and cant get my watch back now. Repair No.10534372

Communication . The biggest issue I had this time was the very poor communication, they only responded when they wanted to and alot of the time I got no response to my queries

Answer queries and keep customer informed. It would be useful if it was possible to talk to someone. I found and continue to find it very frustrating when the communication is this bad and hap hazard. First time I got my PC screen replaced was superb, second time, three weeks out if warranty (SO ANOTHER 500 EUROS) was a disaster, tracking code didn't work, so spent a few days trying to find my PC... went to Vodafone store and a lovely Vodafone man helped and I got another tracking number that said they only received my PC (5 days later). Long story short, my screen was returned after another 6 days. PC was put back to factory settings..... for a screen replacement... no need, so I had to reinstall all my software....
Three weeks later, new screen cracked.... still waiting for a response.. and a possible reason

Awful

Awful. They send a vague update with no reference no tracking to log on to status link you need information that fonefix dont provide. They have nobosy answering phone when you call them. No email.address to email them. A bot service thst doesnt. They dont supply a tracking number to track phone or courier status. So they expect you to wait at home until your phone arrives no matter what day or time.

Excellent Service and Reasonable Prices!

My sister had a broken phone where it was locked and we were unable to restart it or get it to move to a different screen. Since it was already 10:00 at night I decided to send FonFix a text and expected to hear from them the next day. I got an immediate response from Ben. I explained the situation and he said he would be available to look at it the very next day. To make a long story short, Ben told me it would take about an hour and when we got back to the store, he had it working and did not even have to wipe the data to fix it. Ben was such a pleasant person to work with and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend ♥︎FonFix.

Slow to get device collected and viewed
Don't listen to instructions request my bluetooth be fixed not screen.
No form of communicating with them.
No reason why they can't have a customer support team other than cost reasons

I have used your chat function and no contact made after multiple attempts. Ye wasted 10 days of my time as my device has been returned in repaired. simple method of communicating with customer would resolve.

Does anyone know how to contact this company ? Was informed yesterday that my handset was en route to me, stayed back at work till 7pm, gave up when I couldn't get a response on email, or chat bot, no phone number - impossible to contact and I have no idea where my phone is, service is paid for ... nothing back at all from this company ... my phone is out there somewhere ... where ?

He helped me out well and above his call of duty.
He was like a terrier after a bone chasing down and tracking my damaged phone and totally successful in the end in sorting my situation.

None contactable

Dropped a phone into Grafton Street on Wednesday. Online tracker says "dispatched" not sure what this means as it was too be picked up at 4pm Thurs if the parts were available. Too date cannot get them on phone or email. Fairly poor given phone is needed for most tasks.

Terrible service from start to finish

Terrible service from start to finish. They accepted my order through their website even though the part was not actually in stock, then left me waiting for over 23 days with no meaningful updates. If an item is unavailable, it should never be sold as available, this is basic customer service. The lack of communication was frustrating, and when I finally did hear back, the response from their staff was dismissive and unprofessional. There was no accountability, no effort to resolve the issue, and no concern for my time or money. This company is unreliable and poorly managed. Do yourself a favour and find a different supplier who is honest about inventory, communicates properly, and offers better prices.

I clicked on ad for Fonfix. It stated €99 for a battery replacement. I was then informed by app update that the cost was over €400 as the phone was out of warranty. Okay, but, too much for me. I now don't know what value I received for €99?? The service showed this: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 5G Repair

Yes the battery repair for your device is priced at €99 after assessment of your device it was discovered that there was other faults with it. These would have been also estimated as additional costs. We must repair devices to the manufacturers standard.
