They fixed my badly broken A12 for 80euro. its like brand new.

Very fast screen repair
My phone screen was broken and they were able to fix it the same day. A bit on the expensive side but they fixed the charging port that had been a bit wobbly for a while so I don't have to use wireless charging anymore.

I had a repair done less than a year…
I had a repair done less than a year ago under samsung warranty and fonfix said they would guarantee the repair less than a year later the same issue arises and fon fix are asking for 624 euro to fix it i had missed call from them but tried to ring the number back amd it jus hangs up so perhaps the only way they might contact me is if I give bad review Job Number: 10510819 if that assists in someone contacting me don't get me wrist the initial repair was brilliant service fast but I need somebody to call me
Laptop screen repair
Put laptop in for screen repair and got it back completely wiped! Everything! Gone! I had windows 11 on it and now it has windows 10 so I have to go through the painful wait to download all the updates and then personalise it all again. Lost some important documents too! I am so frustrated, a complete systems wipe was not necessary for just a screen replacement and then to put windows 10 on it. I am beyond annoyed over this.

I was quoted nearly 500 euro to replace…
I was quoted nearly 500 euro to replace a battery on a Galaxy S23...
The device was in very good condition but the battery had swollen resulting in the need to replace it urgently, it was just out of warranty but when they provided a job price they where asking for nearly 500 euro to replace a battery.
No other context, just 480 euro, take it or leave it. The phone isn't even worth that.
Safe to say I left it. Will be reporting them straight to Samsung for trying to gouge on what should be a simple repair.

Brilliant same-day service
Brilliant same-day service, called early morning to confirm pick-up which was done quickly, repair and delivery was done within hours. I needed battery replacement but they also fixed the battery port which previously gave me difficulty but is now working perfectly! Will no doubt be back for any further repairs.

VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I came with broken screen in galaxy z6 flip. Adam Morton in front desk was very helpful he sorted my phone in the same day .
If anyone has trouble with phone let they come to FONFIX and they will sort it straight away .

i had an ongoing problem with the nfc facility on my mobile phone.fonfix replaced the unit with a brand new unit.no questions asked.unfortunately this unit developed the same problem and i suspect fonfix contacted the manufacturer and managed to get me a new upgraded model.somebody in fonfix would appear to have worked very seriously on my behalf to arrange this for me.i am so grateful to everyone their for their help and understanding.the system for collecting and replacing my unit worked second to none.this company deserves not 5 stars but the milky way as a rating.once again many thanks to everyone involved in helping me. Super Good Experience
The overall process was super quick. The front desk consultant, Adam, was very helpful and took in my Samsung Galaxy Buds FE and got it back fully fixed with the buds replaced in 1 day. This will be my first option if any of my other gadgets stop working.
