Broke my phone, messaged Fon Fix asking if I booked in for it to be fixed, would it be done the same day as I would need to travel to Dublin and they assured me it would. Arrived to the shop handed in my phone & details and was told to come back in 1 hour, I was expecting it to be a few, went back and it was like a new phone

I had 2 items that needed repair so dropped them into Adam who was really helpful at explaining the process and getting my items booked in. Fonfix were really efficient with my items being ready to collect the following day. Adam was on hand again to talk through the repairs that took place in a really friendly and helpful manner. Really great service across the board.

What a fantastic service. Had my phone turned around and repaired in less than 6 hours. They have an excellent ambassador in Adam there, I've dealt with a lot of customer service and he is laser focused on the customer. Well done

Just left the gentleman Adam who took the time to listen and help with my phone issue. Two minutes with him and the phone is brand new. Any future issues and Fonfix will be called.

Sent a phone for third party repair here on instruction of Motorola who had supplied me with a defective product. Nothing was done to fix issue and then staff, at worst, flat out lied to Motorola that they could not find an issue or, at best, did not even try. I had included screen recordings of the issue for Fonfix to view, along with detailed description and it was blatantly obvious that the issue was there for anyone to see. I couldn't have made it easier for them to see what the issue was but they apparently are not bothered to do their jobs.
In response to Fonfix reply, my experience was in February 2024 as I had stated. I just got to submit review only now when I saw the device again on a shelf.

Not a great experience.Unable to repair item,informed that Samsung would contact me and the item was with Samsung.When tracked item shown in their office and multiple status updates during service saying parts ordered.Would not deal with ever again

Really happy with fonfix,they have been recommended by a friend. In less then 24 hours they fix my phone, easy to access there website,quite close to city centre and really helpful

Updating my review. Fonfix did contact me about this and were very professional. I'm not willing to give 5 stars as the issue did still occur and I was without a phone for significantly longer than I should have been; however, I am impressed FonFix's own their problems and do not ignore them.
Once the phone was received by them it was fixed and dispatched back to me very quickly.

I've a Samsung phone waiting to be returned since last week; I've arranged this through Samsung as the phone is under warranty. I received an email from Fonfix said it would be collected by An Post on Wednesday 2nd Oct and it wasn't collected. It's now Monday 7th Oct and the phone still hasn't been collected.
I rang FonFix's office but there is only an automated response telling you to go to the website which then disconnects without any option to speak to someone. FonFix's website redirects you to their 'chat' help which said 'Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic. Can you rephrase and try again?' if you do not pick an unrelated topic.
I've replied to the email address provided on the email I received from FonFix but have not had any response.
I'm guessing that, as Fonfix have a captive audience for Samsung warranty repairs, they believe can provide a substandard customer service like that.

Had broken Nokia 800 tough broken screen - advertised as available (and still is) on Fonfix website. Went to Grafton St branch where I was advised to go to Sandyford office "where the screens are kept". Sandyford office said they would have to order it in and would ring me when available. Two days later Adam ( very helpful guy on reception and a credit to the company) rang to say the screen is no longer available. The replacement screen service is still being advertised on the website- should be taken down. All in all a waste of a whole half day between going to Grafton street branch and as suggested onwards to Sandyford .

Great service start to finish. I'd deduct half a point for their messaging or ticket system as the updates were all over the place. However someone always picked it up and they went above and beyond to get the phone good as new again.

Booked a repair with fonfix, here is an honest account. Went to Vodafone store on Grafton Street but a big Q so next day we went to the head office in Sandyford. The repair was expertly carried out in a timely manner. We did have an issue trying to contact the company during the repair process but have to say there customer service was expectational in trying to resolve it not just for us but assured us it would be resolved for future customers. When things go wrong, as they do in everything, its how the company deals with it that's important. The phone is brand new.

They did not bring back the phone in a day as promised even if i gave it to thwm before 10. Customer service inexistent and difficult to reach
